Lorsque Tony et Kathy Pietoso ont ouvert le Café Napoli en 1989, l'établissement est rapidement devenu un succès. Un tel succès, en fait, qu'ils ont dû déménager dans des locaux plus grands au 7754 Forsyth Blvd. En 2003, leurs fils, Ande et Kye, ont agrandi le restaurant familial en ajoutant le Bar Napoli, un bar à cocktails chic. Agréable moment entre amis avec de très bons mets. Un peu déçu qu’on ait du changer nos choix car le canard et le catfish étaient épuisés.
