The word Quay is actually defined: A wharf formed towards the sea or at the side of a harbour for convenience of loading or unloading goods.You will notice our dining room walls adorned with Murals of Architecture from the area of Sullivan’s Quay around the 19th century, when Jack Sullivan, whom the area is named after, patrolled the streets selling beer and wine to the local saloonkeepers. Food and service was great. Very noisy. Radio was too loud. Everyone there seemed to be talking over it. Suggest lower volume. Also we were seated next to bar where dishes and glasses seemed to have been thrown into tub. Very noisy.
