We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!

We went on a date on Tuesday for the $7 sushi. The sushi was great but it took 15 min to get our water then our orders taken. We received our 3 sushi rolls an hour after we sat. There was a burning smell that may be the reason why our meals were delayed. The sushi rolls were great, just would’ve preferred them sooner. Music was great, awesome DJ
