Founder Chef Dasos Charalambous has returned his culinary expertise to his routes on Bromley’s East Street to present Aqua bar & Grill at the former Hollywood bowl site.Dasos has worked in some of London’s finest hotels but seized the chance to head Galu and open Aqua Meze bar & Grill. At Cow and Pig Bromley Steakhouse, we source our 100% premium finest cuts from Farmers and Butchers. All of our premium dry-aged steaks are cut from Prime heifer, aged on the bone for 32 days by our supplier.
