Fue en ese año que Guillermo y Gloria Frias abrieron las puertas de su nuevo restaurante que tenía capacidad solamente para 28 personas. Hoy en día, Boca Chica ha crecido considerablemente y fue calificado como "uno de los mejores restaurantes mexicanos en las Ciudades Gemelas", según la edición de marzo de 2009 de la Minneapolis-St.Paul Magazine. La comida sigue siendo tan auténtica como al principio, pues todos los platillos son preparados totalmente en casa, utilizando recetas tradicionales e ingredientes frescos. Incluso la salsa picante es hecha en casa con tomates, chiles frescos y el toque especial de la familia Frias. At The 'Wick Pub & Grill we honor the past with playful wit and delicious food and cocktails that our guests love. The menu features an array of pub favorites like the giant pub pretzel and a delicious selection of burgers such as the The 'Wick Burger and the Mushroom Swiss. The house specialties include Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Mac & Cheese and the Fish and Chips along with classics like the Grilled 20oz Ribeye or Broiled Walleye for a perfect evening out. Food-Pub fare-Burgers, sandwiches, wraps and salads. There is a little something for everyone. We are known for our burgers but we also have healthy options your "summer body" would love. We have many vegetarian options and proudly serve the Beyond Burger which is clean vegan. We carry gluten-free buns and many of our items can be ordered to accommodate a gluten-free or gluten sensitive diet.     We had a 6:15 PM reservation. I only waited a minute before they sat us down.  Our server Natalie was very pleasant and you could tell she was working hard to take care of us. I had a three course special for $39 included in the crave starter salad, halibut and tiramisu. Everything was delicious.

    My husband's Old Fashioneds were wonderful and I enjoyed my bottle of Riesling. Our meals were scrumptious! I had the Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye and it was out of this world- cooked to perfection! My husband had the 300 Dollar Burger and he said it was delicious! Our server, Sharon was OUTSTANDING! She was incredibly attentive and friendly. We had a delightful evening!

    My dining companion and I both chose the Hazelwood Chopped Salad, and we were very happy with our choice. The vinaigrette dressing was light and flavorful, and the greens and other toppings were fresh and tasty. We had a hard time choosing our entrees because there were so many delicious-looking options!

    Beautiful views on golf course. Service was very friendly and spot on. Music was so much fun during dining. Food was very flavorful. Portions could have been more. But overall it was amazing experience
