Despite not being able to indulge in alcohol during the month of January, I decided to treat my daughter for her birthday and we were not disappointed. Located inside the Game On Bar Arcade, Top Shelf offers an authentic speakeasy experience that is perfect for aficionados and newcomers alike. The cocktail selection was top-notch. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her French 75, while her boyfriend savored his old-fashioned.
