Our party of 4 had 4 different entrees and they all were excellent! Blackened redfish was particularly good! Our server, Natalie, was excellent and very efficient! Experience couldn’t have been better.

I made reservations for a business dinner with a client in Knoxville. I want to say I couldn't be more impressed with the management, to the wait staff, to the food! The mgr. called me ahead of time to understand the occasion & confirm the reservations. He met me @ the door w/ a firm handshake & nice smile, welcoming myself & my business customer. He proceeded to check us on 2-3 times throughout the evening. The waitress was knowledgeable, polite & aware of conversations at the table - to not interrupt. She was spot on & I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone - all 10 of us ordered something different & everyone was talking about how good their food was, along w/ the few drinks from the bar. I'll be back again!

Best I can tell Mimi’s uses open table as a waitlist App rather than serving as a true reservation. Arrived at my reservation time only to be told there would be a 20 minute wait. Walk-ins and reservations were just placed on the same check in list and were called for seating in order of arrival - reservation or not.

Overall the experience was good, however the ribs were tough and did not fall off of the bone. Too expensive to be served inedible.
