Best Casual Restaurants in East Rutherford

This was an absolutely incredible experience. Felt like a once in a lifetime night in New York. I love Scott and Angie’s food so much and had never eaten at lucali. The combination was next level. The food was truly mind blowing. The staff was so friendly and took such great care of us. The openness of the cocktail hour and dessert was so fun. Cannot say enough about this magical night.

We booked very last minute on a Tuesday night, sat at the bar, got excellent service by Matt who heads up the drink program and had an excellent experience all around! We are long time fans of Gjelina in LA and very happy they came to NYC!

We are so happy to have stumbled upon this gem. The food was incredible with really fun options from tacos to bowls to various delicious apps. And as a vegetarian, all the taco meat options could be substituted for impossible meat, so that was really awesome. We had the guacamole and it was outstanding!!! The chips are so perfectly seasoned, they were delightful. The service was fast, friendly and really attentive. Drinks were really unique and tasty, I had a hot honey margarita that was to die for. I 100% recommend this place for a great combination of ambiance, energy and delicious Mexican fare!
