Love the vibe of the place. The decor and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing! Love love loved the music! The service was fabulous too. I only had the apple and cinnamon porridge so did my daughter… I have to say I was expecting some homemade offering.. creamy, tasty and tbh something a bit special. When it came to the table we saw it was a commercially produced tub of flavoured porridge! Not even disguised as a quality breakfast item. It was dry and lumpy and tasted exactly how you’d expect, nasty and artificial. My husband had the cooked breakfast and although he was a bit disappointed about the size of the posh sausage (more of a small sausage pate than a sausage). He enjoyed it. We haven’t eaten here before but with some tweaks re the food experience would make this place great!

It just happened to be steak night which we both ordered. Knowledgeable , polite and well humoured waitress complimented two great steaks with plentiful sides. The suggested wine was a perfect accompaniment. The dessert was tasty too. A nice ambiance in the pub with a great mixture of foodies and drinkers. I would thoroughly recommend. A pricier than your average pub but well worth it.

Went to the Friday Fish focused menu… it was a lovely setting at Mylor harbour, great fresh fish selection cooked superbly by the kitchen, front of house staff that really cared and looked happy to be there, all this and more for a reasonable price… will definitely be back soon.

A favourite of our family when on holiday. Delicious local food, with amazing flavours. Excellent service, too. Relaxed atmosphere, where everyone including our dog is genuinely welcome.
