Best Casual Restaurants in Carlsbad

A meal at Benihana is always an experience. Our server, Zach, was concerned that we were receiving excellent service. Our glasses were never empty and any service request was fulfilled. Our chef, Nick, was cordial and chatty regarding his background and his training at Benihana. Finally, the food was extraordinary and prepared to each person’s specifications. Already starting to plan our next adventure at Benihana!

So, super great food! Kind of wish there were more options for others. We had to go find out waitress a few times. But she was very very kind and sweet.
