This was a wonderful place to gather with friends to celebrate a birthday, but it is great for any gathering! The appetizers, entrees, and dessert were all delicious and the cocktails were great! A fun evening!

My husband and I went out to social for our anniversary. We had the sweet potato biscuits for an appetizer. They were so good. I had the Socialite drink. It was very good. I have a second one. His drink was when pigs fly. He liked that as well. We both had the hanger steak and fritters. My husband’s steak was great. Mine had good flavor but it was a bad cut of meat. It had thick fat/grizzle running through it. It was very chewy and I tried to eat around it but it was too much. I finally told the waitress that I didn’t like my steak. She brought it back to the kitchen. They offered to make me another one but I was done with steak after that. The manager comped my steak and gave us a free dessert. It was a nice restaurant and they took care of us.

I had not been to Riverside in at least twenty years. But it was every bit as good as I remember from childhood. I brought a friend who had never been to LFT. We arrived early, so we killed some time walking around out front enjoying the wildlife. Tessa took great care of us, and the food was delicious. Prices are better than comparable restaurants in the city. Food volume is appropriate. My only complaint is the wine list is small and not great. They also did a great job of celebrating my friend’s birthday and making her feel special.
