From being welcomed to leaving, the service was faultless. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. The Black friars restaurant also has a comprehensive wine list which adds to the experience. My wife and I will be back.

Booked last minute as 10 of us and was pleasantly surprised! Friendly service and good food. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because one of the main meals was late coming out. Would recommend 😊

We had an absolutely outstanding meal here and couldn’t have been more impressed. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and every dish was clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. The restaurant itself is lovely, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a lovely dining experience.

Food excellent. We had one guest who is a vegetarian and when asked if there were any other options than those on the menu( as there wasn't a lot for her on the menu) the waitress returned with a list of about 4 things they could cook for her. She was pleased with the choices she was given.
