Best Brunch Restaurants in Fairbanks / Northwest Crossing

This place is consistently excellent. Great food, great service and great location. Definitely in my top three.

We came here for a Father’s Day lunch after being given a 2 hour wait at another restaurant and I’m so glad we did. Outstanding food, drinks, and service. We loved the seating and decor. Our server was excellent about communicating and checking on our food and drinks.

The Ella Blvd location offers fresh meal options in a family-friendly setting. The pace of the service on Father's Day was good for a leisurely Sunday afternoon brunch. The BBQ brisket offerings were scrumptious. Brunch menu selections covered a wide variety of flavor options and serving sizes. So much so, that we'll be back to try more.

Daniel was our server and he was phenomenal!!! Food was amazing and it came out on time. Drinks were OUTSTANDING! My 818 margarita was to die for and my wife loved her blueberry lemon drop. Definitely going to come back for more

I was there for a girls day out brunch. It was perfect. The restaurant is inside of the hotel next to a wall of windows. It was nice and bright with the view of the pool.
