- HH.S.Minneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI have now been to this location of Granite City several times. This was the quietest time yet, Memorial Day Weekend. Great service by their entire crew. We had a reservation time, arrived early and they sat us right now. Oh yeah, the Prime Rib on the Brunch Buffet is worth the trip alone. They always have the nicest people behind that station, just eager to be helpful. Of course, it was quiet in there yesterday, which was fine with me. Having worked in retail for more than 25 years, I know the business model of a holiday weekend. Cut back on the staff because it will be quieter, and ride it out if it is busier than you planned for, which of course means, the staff are still racing around, just in a quieter room.More infoGranite City Food & Brewery - EaganPrice: Moderate• American• Eagan•4.3
