Good atmosphere, good food and good drinks. The menu has a lot of choice. A good place to dine locally. I would definitely dine there again.

I’ve eaten at Green for both breakfast and lunch. It is indeed a little oasis in the James Street precinct with delicious Middle-Eastern food and very pleasant service. Outdoors they’ve provided a light, airy space with greenery and bold edgy furniture. Indoors they’ve retained the original industrial vibe of the building, modernised with moody colours and traditional seating. Green has captured all the elements of casual dining. Well done!

I thought the young lady who was checking names on arrival could have been more welcoming. We were quite literally the first table to arrive on Mother’s Day morning. Having booked an inside table, on the Open Table website approx 10 days prior, she suggested our family of 4 sit outside, on a drizzly and wet overcast day. While this was quickly resolved she then overlooked wishing my wife a Happy Mother’s Day. Again, quite small on its own but a simple gesture that would have made a big impact. Aside from this we enjoyed our meals and the manager made a point of engaging with us as we were preparing to leave. He even wished my wife a Happy Mother’s Day! Yes, we will come back. Thank you.
