We had an amazing meal last night, sitting outside. Service was excellent and food was delicious, my son’s first visit and now a firm favourite.

From the moment you arrive at Monkey Island to when you leave everything is a lovely experience. A view of the Thames from your table, pleasant staff, extremely fresh food, with attentive staff; even the young lady who cleared the table was friendly and smiling. I will be back again when I am in the area; thank you Monkey Island.

Friendly service, pleasant surroundings, good quality food. At the upper end of the gastro pub pricing spectrum but not an issue given the quality is there

Food was lovely, there was a large family table near us which was a bit noisy but not too bad. One of the restaurant staff was lovely, but the other one (I'm assuming he was in charge that night) was a bit abrupt and we felt like he was rushing us through our dinner. But overall it was good
