El restaurante Grace's surgió de la visión del propietario Johnny Carraba, como un homenaje a los buenos recuerdos que tenía de su querida abuela Grace Mandola. Nestled in the heart of Houston’s West University neighborhood at 6119 Edloe Street, Maximo is a progressive Mexican restaurant from the Local Foods Group team that combines authenticity and adventure.
