El plato más reconocido del Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse es el filete de res de primera calidad de Texas, pero los comensales tampoco se pueden perder la gran selección de carnes de caza, todas ellas procedentes de animales criados en libertad en un rancho de 48,000 acres cercano a Kerrville, Texas.
