Alma offers a tasting menu experience (5 or 9 courses) inspired by the concept of "mar y montana", largely influenced by Chef Juan's childhood memories of central Mexico as well as the couple's time spent on the coastal region of Oaxaca. Fuimos para celebrar mi cumpleaños, la experiencia fue magnífica, nos sentimos completamente satisfechos, la calidad y el sabor de la comida valían cada dólar, el personal siempre fue atento y amable, tuvieron un bonito detalle al poner una vela se cumpleaños en mi postre, sin duda volveremos para celebrar ocasiones especiales.
