Amazing food & services I will definitely go back

First, Tony gave us a very warm welcome! Thank you Tony. He also allowed us to chose the table, we appreciated that. Through out the dinner he also checked up on us to make sure we were ok and to see if there was anything he could do for us. Second, Claudio was our waiter, he was absolutely wonderful too. He made sure we felt welcome and provided guidance with the menus. He recommended some dishes and explained to us in detail what was unique about how they were prepared at Novatore. All the dishes were great, we especially loved the butter, I am a butter snob and it was amazing, just give me butter and a spoon. The octopus melted in your mouth of how soft it was, my husband loved it and so did I, but I would have preferred it with the sauce on the side so I could taste the octopus, I am also not a fan of saucy foods. We also shared the Branzino and it was perfect, delicious and the skin crispy. The manager, Gianluca, was also very attentive. He checked up on us a few times to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do better. Everything was great, but we were so impressed with the attention we received from everyone, everyone made us feel special. Thank you so very much, please do not lose this! All was good just some errors during service (missed an order) and undercooked steak

We were too close to the area where everyone was smoking and it was a bit of a bother. We couldn’t moved because there was no other table or area for our small group of 3, but other than that the place, ambience and service was amazing!

Easily claim that my favorite sushi/thai place in Miami. Excellent food… very very warm successful service ..
