Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards.     The food was fantastic,fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented A great selection. The service was equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. And what a view! Having the bush just outside while still being so close to the suburbs made the whole experience feel like a peaceful escape. I’ll definitely be going back and will be telling others about it!     Excellent service and the seafood ( pick any of the options) is wonderful. Absolute favourite is the marinara and its nothing like a normal marinara- light and delicate with great flavour
