Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. We also received the Thai select award from the UK Thai Embassy which certifies authenticity and the freshness of our ingredients.We’re a young team of enthusiastic individuals, who over the last few years have bought our passion and skills to the table. Parties of six and larger, kindly contact the restaurant directly for reservations. Llerena takes its name from a little village in Extremadura, southwest Spain, where four generations of our family has raised Iberian pigs since 1939, producing authentic "Bellota" jamón ibérico, chorizo and other pork delicacies. Delicious seasonal dishes in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Only critique would be we were sharing a table of 6 between 3 groups of 2, and we could hear every word of the other conversations, so hard to have a private chat.
