Our anniversary is the Fourth of July and so we were delighted to hear the Chef’s table would be open that night. From the gracious warm welcome from the owner to the delicious dessert at the end the evening was perfection. We were only a little sad that the restaurant wasn’t full to thank this kind owner for staying open on a holiday where others were at the beach. I had shrimp Parmesan and happily had the choice of either vodka or marinara sauce. My friend had the chicken Francese, which she said was delicious, her husband had the chicken marsala and my husband had a fresh fish special. All we’re cooked to perfection and delicious. We each opted to save some carbs and have the sautéed broccoli - plentiful and well seasoned servings. For dessert we chose tiramisu and the piece was quite large and easily cut into four squares. We had a delightful evening and thank you for accommodating us on a holiday night.

I love going to Salvatore’s of Elmont every Friday night. It has become a family tradition. I love the food, the free appetizers and free wine!. The owners are always around and they make sure their clients feel comfortable and welcome!
