We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. The food and service were very good. My wife and I were there the first day of restaurant week, which made the price more palatable. That being said, it still came to $125 with tax and tip, but the real reason that I rated it a 4 and not a 5 was the noise level. A lot of children yelling and screaming going unnoticed by the parents who seemed to be more interested in talking with their friends than raising well manored children. Truth be told, the parents were very loud also, so I see where the kids get it from.

Nola is an excellent .quintessential longisland steak house .with a wonderfully unique flare Excellent food ambiance and service! A perticular thank to our excellent waiter shabeer he was awesom .He offered several recommendation's that were fantastic and was extremely personable and professional I highly recommend dining at nola!
