Best Authentic Restaurants in Avalon / Oglethorpe Mall Area

The food we ordered was mediocre minus. The Caesar salad dressing was on the heavy side and did not taste like Caesar, and the special of the day clam chowder was lumpy, heavy, and more like a potato stew. The muscles had a grilled flavor and were excellent. I think my mistake was not ordering pasta, which others were eating and looked good.

Amazing service, Sam was phenomenal and so well versed in the food and wine menu, she’s also the som! Food was fantastic, we had the cornbread and short ribs (amazing!) and the chicken caprese entree, very good! Would definitely come back for dinner or brunch. Great spot…close to everything and very accommodating with food allergies.

As always! Best of the Best! Great food! Superior wait staff! Wonderful ambience! And fantastic wines! It is always a pleasure to dine here! Have come several times a year and will continue to do so. This is our special place! Would give 20 stars if it were possible!

The best spanikopita I’ve ever had and made in-house! Great birthday celebration in a homey atmosphere with excellent service! Can’t wait to go back.
