We enjoyed everything about our visit. Thanks for making the dinner special.
1st time here and we will be back! They have a great menu, lots of things that looked good and what we had was excellent!
Service and food were great but the cavernous dining room was loud and cacophonous.
This is wonderful place for lunch with friends. They are accommodating and the food was delicious. My friends requested coming back again this year after we enjoyed our visit last year. You don't have to be a beer drinker for a good experience. But that makes it special.
Celebrating a few November birthdays. Everyone’s food was good, however the fried chicken salad could have had more greens & less bacon. Way to much bacon & I like bacon. The setting is nice however the upholstery chairs for the tables they have are in need of recovering (tears etc). I would say a little fixing up of a few things would help the atmosphere.
Disappointed. Service not very friendly and food just adequate. Seemed liked they skimped on portions.
Good beer, good food. Welcoming environment.
Got right in with our open table reservation. Had a great server, very friendly! Food is so good, everything we've tried has been great, fresh and delicious! Fish and chips and Cole slaw, exceptional.
Table for 6 was back in the corner away from all the fun. Menu was great but food was very mediocre-for example a simple pasta dish was lousy- cold chicken and out of a jar cold sundried tomatoes served on bland penne pasta that was warm, at least.
Beers were good as you would expect at a Brewery!
If you go, try a burger and maybe it will satisfy???
Otherwise stick to beer.
Had a business meeting scheduled and went a bit early to grab a drink before the meeting. Within 2 minutes the bartender spilled a full beer on me. Head to toe wet as well as my paperwork for my meeting and they only comped my beer ? It was loud, we asked to sit off to the side for the meeting and we were sat in the middle of the room. Made for a wet stressful business meeting to get through.
We love this place! Tonight it was really loud so not as enjoyable. The fried chicken was a bit dry in the salad but overall food was good.
Always fun to bring the family for good food and fun in the yard after we eat. Great fire pits and we love playing the Corn Hole game together.
Table was ready when we arrived and we were promptly seated. Nice table on the patio. We were not rushed. Waiter was fun and professional
We are regulars and always enjoy the good service, creative menu, and quality food. The only glitch this time was the chicken on my wife's salad. It was over-cooked and dry. She's had this before and it's always been perfect. Balance of our order was just fine.
Will go back!
I've been a fan since the doors opened but this experience was the worst ever. Server was missing most of the time and food was mediocre at best. Limited bar options further diminishes the attractiveness of the Farmhouse.
Great food with SUPER service!
Very cozy feel, outstanding service, and great selection of food items. Would go back again to try other food and stay longer to experience the grounds!
A good spot for a relaxed lunch discussion. A nice variety of sandwich choices. Service was excellent.
Upon making a reservation, I checked to be sure we could see the TVs to watch the Michigan basketball game during March Maddness. I was assured that we could see the TV and the Michigan game would be on. Only 2-3 people at our 8 person table could vaguely see the side angle of the TVs in the bar area. Others needed to look all the way across the restaurant at a small TV and couldn't make out players or the score. Luckily the U of M game was on second and we could try to problem solve. Aside from this, it took over 15 minutes just to get 3 beers to the table. Further, we weren't given the chance to order food for over 30 minutes.
To make matters worse, we asked to move to a table by the big screen after seeing an open table for about 45 minutes. We were told it was reserved for some high-up AB-InBev C-suiter. (Understandable, so far...). Once another table did clear, we were moved into the big screen room by several grumpy staffers (normal attitude among all staff were interacted with). They said we could get the U of M game up on the screen, but then rescinded that promise bc the AB-InBev exec was a Virginia fan and he wanted that game on. The Virginia team had just taken the court for their first warm-up and the game was not going to start for 45 min. We thought it was a reasonable request to watch the Michigan game for the first half, at least. Especially since we only move in there bc we were told the game would be on. This was absolutely denied by multiple staffers including a manager.
I've gone on too long here. All-in-all: poor experience with grumpy staff, average food, higher prices, and below average sporting environment. Patrons are held at a standard below that of the execs. Won't be returning anytime soon.
This is our first visit to Breckenridge Brewery and had a wonderful experience. Really nice beer selection (of course), with a limited food menu, but a variety of options. Open Table reservations worked great, and were seated right away. Front desk was very friendly, and Stacie our server was immediately there with water and ready for service.
Started with a 4 flight beer to try some option along with an appetizer of Belly, Beets, and Brussels. The appetizer was very good with a nice medley of the flavors with the pork, vegetables, and goat cheese. All the entrees we ordered were excellent and served at the perfect temperature. BBQ platter, brisket was meaty and tender, and andouille sausage spicy as it should be. Bacon meatloaf was a thick slice on a bed of mash potatoes. Shrimp and Grits had creamy grits with bacon bits, delicious. And to top off the meal, dessert was the Peach Cobbler with ice cream, very good but really only an individual serving. The Snicker cake was huge, enough for 4 people to share, but really sweet (be aware).
Overall, a great meal from start to finish with attentive service. The total price was a bit pricey, but not too over the top for the four of us, and we will return.
Hints: Use Open Table app to make your reservations for weekend dinners, it is very busy. Also, the openness of the restaurant floor is very noisy, you may want to request a patio table of something further away from the open bar area.
Had a great time at Breckenridge Brewery. It was our school's Silent Auction - so the noise level was a little higher than usual. Employees were very accommodating, food was good, all around good time.
Good service, good food. Works out great for lunch
Good experience first time there. Host staff didn't present the restaurant week menus. Overall a very good experience for a large room dining experience. Food was good and we were told a new menu was due out soon.
If you’re looking to have a good time with friends over good drinks and good food this is the place for you.
Peanut butter and jelly meatballs: Say what you want about these but these were by far the table favorite of the night. They have the right amount of smoke from the jalapeño jelly and the chipotle peanut butter. If I had to say one thing I wish there was a little more jelly.
Green chile pepper jack cornbread: This cornbread had the perfect amount of spice. The honey butter and jalapeño blueberry jam are the perfect toppers for this.
Brisket and biscuit Mac and cheese: this mac & cheese has a slight kick to it with its chorizo cheddar cheese and smoked brisket on top. The biscuit topper is the perfect addition to this meal to make it a feel good home meal.
Good for birthdays and groups.
Delicious food very imaginatively prepared. Loved our entrees (surf and turf for me and half chicken for my wife). Every bite was amazing! We’ll be back!
Food was terrific and reasonably priced. Beers were great! Staff was wonderful! Will definitely be going back!
Farm House Restaurant at Breckenridge Brewery is a great place for a birthday celebration. Our server couldn't have been more accommodating!
Very good restaurant with great beer. We went with a large party and they were able to accommodate easily. Everyone said they enjoyed their meal, no complaints from anyone. We will definitely go back.
As always, great customer service! We had a change of number of guests in our reservation, but the greeter so it as no issue and adjusted to fit our larger party. Our server was really informative and answered all of our questions. We have a picky person in our party, but the chefs had no issues accommodating her requests. All of this polite professionalism on a really busy day!
Early Christmas celebration - it is a bit loud to hear all the conversation at the table but to be expected at a brewery restaurant - Food was decent but nothing to rave about - good service and great beer
We had a wonderful table near the warming fireplace. Austin was our server and he was very responsive and helpful. Two of us had the meatloaf which was huge and delicious (I was able to eat another lunch from it the next day!). My husband had the French Dip as he loves the French Dip here.
Birthday. We had a good time & food was excellent. Would like to have a wine choice even though there was a spiked seltzer choice. If there was one white choice & one red choice that would be good.
Loved it! Will be back- great atmosphere and attentive service !
I had the pulled pork sandwich with brussel sprout slaw. It was delicious! Good chips on the side. I also tried a flight of 4 beers. All were really good. They have a great selection of their own beers available on tap. Will definitely be back to check out other delicious items on the menu!
Great food, great beer, great service in a unique farm atmosphere.
Elk burger was great, the nitro stout was fantastic. Service was perfect, attentive but not overbearing!
My husband’s birthday. They were wonderful: holding the cake for us in the kitchen and sneaking it out to us. So accommodating.
Pros: Excellent spicy chicken wings, salad, and beer. Good (but not great) service.
Cons: Noisy atmosphere (I had requested outside seating when making our reservation the day before, but this request was not granted). VERY bland and SMALL burgers and indifferent (bland) skillet bread.
