    We were seated right at arrival, so the reservation worked as planned. The restaurant is amazing; service and food are great. Definitely will plan to come back.

    It was my husband’s birthday, everybody treated us very well. The view of Charlotte was spectacular. Thank you all so much. Wonderful place to go.

    This was my first time going and my wife and me we celebrated are 10 year anniversary and we had the best experience ever love this place definitely on the future going back.. recommend 200%

    We have always gone to fahrenheit for special events introduce new people to the city but this past experience was not what we had before. We waited at least 14 minutes after we sat down to just get water then gave us two options of water still or sparkling and we said still didn’t know that it wasn’t regular water and had to pay for it which was fine because we needed water. It wasn’t our waitress who gave us the water. Then it took our waitress at least another 15 minutes to introduce herself to us and brought our birthday champagne which is always nice that we can request that for special occasions. She then asked if we were ready to place drink orders and we ordered a bottle of wine and the shrimp. Long story short the food was great as always but the service was not great. Service is a huge deal to us and when you come to a specific place that is more expensive you expect a certain quality of service.

    We spent our anniversary here. Delicious food and drinks, excellent service and wonderful experience! The view is gorgeous! 10/10. We will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful evening in the heart of CLT. Thank you for making of anniversary one we will never forget!

    Didn’t know was in a hotel building. Casual dining, people had cargo shorts, hoodies, sweats, etc., over priced menu, short rib was not good, filet looked like a poor flat sirloin. Will not go again.

    Service, food, and ambience were great. My only criticism was for the short rib… while it was full of flavor it was lot more tough than it should have been. Had to get a knife to cut it. Once it was shredded it was very good. Will definitely go back.
