Epulo Bistro serves seasonal Northwest cuisine with a Mediterranean flare and creative seasonal cocktails in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Located in downtown Edmonds, we are just steps away from The Cascade Art Museum, Scratch Distillery and the Kingston Ferry. Epulo is a family owned, upscale bistro that prides itself on combining both modern-creative and traditional cooking practices, and to serve delicious and remarkable food, cocktails and wine. Please join us as we aim to be a giving member of the Edmonds community and use our restaurant to improve the quality of life in the Puget Sound region!

    Great food! Extra great service!! We are frequent guests at epulo and are always glad to tell the world about them (as long as we can still get a table!) and their excellent restaurant.

    They have a great happy hour that runs until 6:00. We had little gem lettuce salads and calamari to start. Not only a great price, but high quality greens and a big serving of tender calamari. Add a $10 flatbread and you have no room for dessert. Excellent service too.

    Wonderful find. My wife and I wanted to try a new, special spot for our 37th wedding anniversary and this place popped up on Trip Advisor. Great spot. Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. They also were super sweet to comp our dessert for our special occassion. We highly recommend and will definitely go again.

    We went to Epulo for our anniversary and were not disappointed! The food and service were absolutely amazing. Their Fall menu is inventive and delicious. Highly recommend

    Our server was delightful and knowledgable. Our meal was tasty and fresh. It was my husbands birthday and he was treated to a delicious dessert. Always a delectable treat to eat at Epulo.

    Celebrate our daughters Birthday. Service was fine but not attentive. Server came by a few time very loudly checking in and left quickly The menus is a bit odd in my mind Ingredients always have some item that seems out of place We had sausage rigatoni, good and spicy, Octopus tender and good flavor, Halibut nice flavor but strong odor. A special was 12 oz ribeye steak ordered medium rare. It arrived as ordered, nice flavor But the big problem was it was 1/2" to 3/4" thick Looks like theywere cutting these of on a rib roast. I was not thick enough to enjoy the fact that it was suppposed be a steak

    Ambiance was lovely, service was superb and Molly made our evening everything I had hoped it would be. 89th birthday celebration.

    Warm and welcoming staff from the hostess to the server to the management to the cooks. Very neighborly ambience both at their flower-encircled terrace outdoors and their white-boothed interior dining room. Food is very good - halibut, special pizza, clams, baby gem salad with prosciutto crumble, buratta with bread, etc., etc. The hot, just-out-of-the-fryer zeppole cinnamon sugar donut holes are perfect as an ending. Their cocktail specialities are also innovative in their fruit and other exotic ingredients combined with top-drawer spirits. Our server, Sarah, has been with this restaurant for years and her arctic "cool" under pressure, her smile, and her efficient service testify to her long association with the restaurant and its menus. She's not afraid to tell you the best items that night in her humble opinion. She's usually "right on". Wonderful place to visit.
