Ellerbe never fails to impress! The ever-changing menu with "southern" roots is mouth-watering and it's always difficult to choose. This time, I had a gnocci and it was amazing! My perennial favorites are various fish dishes. Go soon...you will love it!

Food and wine were perfect as usual. Especially creative and delicious was the perfectly prepared grilled octopus salad.

The wine is adventurous and above average. I would think their wine special events are lots of fun, one was going on when we visited last Saturday evening in which all participants were trying a single wine from various vintages. The service was knowledgeable and friendly and our server encouraged us to try some things we usually wouldn't with good success. I sometimes think the food is 4 stars, sometimes 3.5/5, but the meals are always interesting and I appreciate local ingredients. The deserts really shine, save room.

Always a reliable spot for thoughtfully prepared food made from the freshest ingredients. This is a charming environment, which feels homey and comfortable, the service is always attentive, and the wine list is carefully curated.

Anniversary dinner at our favorite spot. This restaurant never disappoints. Ask for Dave Ramsey when you go, he is by far one of the best servers we’ve ever had.

Amazing, as always. Food and service remarkable. A loud birthday party adjacent to us was our only less than favorable note. This restaurant is a remarkable find every time. Well worth a visit.

The food was disappointing this time, especially the appetizer. Wine prices were above expected. Waitress Brandy was very nice. But my girl get-together group will not return.

Fulfilled my expectations from reading other reviews. Promptly seated, service was impeccable and quality of food was very good. Enjoyed the casual, "homey" ambiance. Good good input from server and appreciated the variety of items on the menu.

Have been here a number of times when visiting Ft. Worth and this time brought some "newbies" to the restaurant. Everyone loved it and raved about the food. Had an excellent server who guided through the menu and wine list. Will definitely dine here again as will the guests we brought with us! Thanks for another great experience!

Pleasantly surprised in how delicious the food was. Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu. My wife has a dairy allergy, so we were slightly limited on selections but still happy.

As always, our experience was excellent. Service by Scott, attentive and entertaining. Food- nice selection, fairly priced and superb preparation. We need to support locally owned and operated establishments. Allowing corkage is icing on the cake. Thanks to the staff and management.

Mine was good but my friend ordered the quail. She got 1 quail. That’s pretty expensive for $28. One quail isn’t even 2 oz, very poor value.

An excellent choice in Fort Worth. My son was graduating from TCU and it was a perfect place to celebrate him. The service was careful, informed and attentive. We loved the wine recommendation and all the food. It was a final trip to Fort Worth and I had wanted to dine here before. I have eaten at many of the dining options in Fort Worth and this one has proven to be my favorite. So glad I had the chance to go here and celebrate my son and a great meal.

What a great experience. Our server, Dave, was incredible. He completely understood the menu selections and explained them perfectly. Dave answered questions and gave thoughtful recommendations after attentive listening to our likes and restrictions. He gave just the right amount of attention to ensure we enjoyed our meal.
Our guests from California are sophisticated diners (and a little particular). They raved about the food for the next two days. We, too, are fortunate to have dined in many wonderful restaurants. Ellerbee's can hold its own against these.
The pork chop is the best both gentlemen say they have every had. The scallops were tender and expertly presented.
Absolutely treat yourself to the wonderful homemade mint ice cream (from their garden).
A great dining experience for a special occasion but casual enough for even an impromptu night out.

Eating at Ellerbees is like your grandmother all of s sudden becoming a gourmet chef (credit to Chef Molly). Everything is “of the moment” fresh, and the flavor profiles are inspiring. The servers, like Scott & Jose are very knowledgeable about every ingredient in the food, but can also point you to a great wine pairing. The owner Richard is an impressive oenophile, and makes sure every guest is having a great experience. Great for both special occasion and everyday. A Fort Worth treasure.

Ellerbe’s is always so fresh and consistent. We love how fresh and seasonal the food is, every time we go. Their desserts are made in-house and are totally worth trying. The salads are always crisp and cold. The atmosphere is nice, it with a casual, unstuffy feel.
