    Fresh food, imaginatively prepared. Blistered dill on fresh flounder was brilliant. Courteous and kind, server Lizzie was attentive, but never intrusive. Often-ordered chicken japchae never disappoints. Generous portions provided for dinner the following day. Spring rolls wrapped in baby romaine with sliced cucumber and fresh mint dipped in flavorful sauce were perfect with a glass of wine.

    Not sure what happened but the food was not the same consistent amazing quality it has been for years. Up until yesterday, Elements was my favorite restaurant. Consistently fantastic food. 1st mocktail was tasteless (watermelon drink). Replacement drinks were very tart - had to ask for sugar. Both were made the same so it was clearly intentional. Had this drink before and it was amazing previously with fresh fruit - the fruit was missing in this new version. Food was bland and tasteless - we ordered the spring rolls (normally a great choice) and the walnut prawns - usually so amazing I get it every time I go (multiple times per year). The prawns were tasteless despite being buried in sauce. Great service as always, although the kitchen was incredibly slow despite the dining room only being 1/2 full at best. It was a two hour dinner. Waitress tried to replace our dinners but we didn't want another full dinner at that point. Also disappointed to see they had cut back on portion size. They plated it different than they have for years. It was my daughter that noticed there were only 5 prawns instead of the six they normally served and the rice portion was about half the portion as well. They did bring out free sorbet dessert. Overall, very disappointed dining experience.

    We went here for the Vietnamese wine pairing dinner. It was outstanding. Every course was delicious and wines went well with them. I had a food allergy/concern and they were happy to alter that course for me.

    My wife had an entree that's been on the menu for 10 years--Walnut Prawns. The dish was wonderful and its presentation was delightful. I had Cobia and Grits--also marvelous. This was a welcome change from the shrimp 'n grits that many restaurants now serve. Our waiter, Steve, managed what many cannot; he seemed to appear from nowhere just as we were about to ask a question and yet, he never hovered over us. We had a totally enchanting evening!

    We had calamari, spring rolls and a romaine wedge salad as starters. Everything was absolutely delicious. For dinner one friend had the walnut prawns (exceptional), one had the halibut special (okay) and one had the Saigon noodles with lemongrass grilled chicken (wonderful)! We love this restaurant. Our service was excellent and the food was great. Highly recommend.

    Elements NEVER disappoints and is absolutely a cut above even the best restaurants in the area. Our table was lovely and quiet, everything we ate was absolutely delicious (and inventive), and the service was terrific.

    The menu changes regularly, but not altered on the website - so my favorite (which meets my dietary restrictions) was not available, as it was 3 weeks ago! But I was able to modify a menu item to suit me....but not what I expected, or wanted to have. Food is fresh, well presented, and reliably good.

    Hello NYC, Thank you for your feedback! Our website is current with our menu. We have not changed our menu since July 20th when we reopened back from our Holiday Closure. Anytime our menu changes. We have notice some guests pull up our website on their mobile phones, it is still our old website from Precovid, hit refresh and it should update to the most current. Futhermore, if you would like the dish that is not listed, please just give us a call in advanced and we can see what we can do for you

    Family owned restaurant that takes pride in what they serve. Started with Phojito with a flaming cinnamon stick and a delicious Albariño. We then had the summer roles and special fried oysters and they were served on special trays with fabulous presentations. For dinner we had the walnut prawns which has been a house specialty for years and is so tender and delicious. The prawns are fried and then have a honey glaze and walnuts with rice on the side. The other entrée which really was an appetizer was a green papaya salad with quail eggs and shrimp toast. Cocoanut cake with dulce de leche and marscapone finished our meal. Everything is so well presented The wait staff are attentive and seem to enjoy their work.

    This was our first visit to Elements and we really enjoyed it. A lot of care seems to have gone into the place, from the high-grade air filtration to the noise tuning to the space between tables to, of course, the menu. We enjoyed the fusion cuisine in particular and really have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant.

    Excellent service, interesting menu. Loved the medium rare Asian-fusion rack of lamb, superb. Prawns with walnuts was flat, a disappointment, too much tasteless coating with something. Superb wines. interesting desserts.

    By far our favorite restaurant in the Triangle. The food is always well prepared and presented- my husband is addicted to honey walnut shrimp and as a pescatarian who prefers vegetarian there is always a few enticing choices for me. We are from CT-NY area and this is where we always take out of town guests.

    We love elements. The food is excellent and the service outstanding. The weather was nice so we sat outside. Elements can be noisy inside. Somewhat pricey ($240 including tip for 3) but worth it for that special night out.

    The food was outstanding. Flaverful and just the right amount. I had the Prawns and they were excelent as well as the best strawberry salad I have ever had. The staff was attentive and polite. The price was right!

    We had a lovely meal at Elements! They are not normally open on Sundays but did open the day we went which was Mother’s Day. Staff was wonderful, food and drink excellent! I would definitely come here again!
