First time here, came from recommendations from several friends and will definitely come back. Small menu but dishes were creative and excellent. We have the Walnut Prawns which was a restaurant favorite and the Pork Chop which was super moIst . Quality of food is excellent and would definitely recommend especially for a special occasion dinner.

We have been to Elements several times. It's reliably delicious. The signature dish, honey-walnut prawns, is so memorable I almost never order an alternative entree. Nice wine list, great service. Highly recommended!

Consistently great food with interesting and unique flavors melded together. We had the brussel sprouts, pot stickers, spring rolls, salmon special, and Bo Luc Lac. Amazing with lovely ambiance.

Dinner for four, including two out of town guests, was great. We had prawns, scallops, potstickers, brussel sprouts - all delicious with unusual flavors. Service terrific. A little expensive, but worth it.

Excellent, friendly and attentive service. Started out with spring rolls, then I had Cha Ca Hanoi with the fresh catch (flounder) and my husband the Chicken Japchae. Both were fresh tasting and delicious. We went on a warm October Saturday night and sat outside. Though you're next to a parking lot, Elements does what it can to make the space inviting. It was quiet, just right for great conversation with friends.

3rd time eating there. I do not eat sodium and first visit was great - flounder with a side of some kind of slaw.....prepared without soy or sodium. Second visit had menu change - just catfish available (no thanks). This visit, nothing I could eat, so sat there while my 2 dinner companions ate well, and enjoyed their meal. The 2 friends loved their meal.

The food has always been delicious. It is fresh, and prepared while you wait, perfect temperature, nicely seasoned. The sauces are very flavorful and enhance rather than overwhelm. The service is always very good, polite, correct. and checking without hovering. Prices are reasonable.

Fresh food, imaginatively prepared. Blistered dill on fresh flounder was brilliant. Courteous and kind, server Lizzie was attentive, but never intrusive. Often-ordered chicken japchae never disappoints. Generous portions provided for dinner the following day. Spring rolls wrapped in baby romaine with sliced cucumber and fresh mint dipped in flavorful sauce were perfect with a glass of wine.

Not sure what happened but the food was not the same consistent amazing quality it has been for years. Up until yesterday, Elements was my favorite restaurant. Consistently fantastic food. 1st mocktail was tasteless (watermelon drink). Replacement drinks were very tart - had to ask for sugar. Both were made the same so it was clearly intentional. Had this drink before and it was amazing previously with fresh fruit - the fruit was missing in this new version. Food was bland and tasteless - we ordered the spring rolls (normally a great choice) and the walnut prawns - usually so amazing I get it every time I go (multiple times per year). The prawns were tasteless despite being buried in sauce. Great service as always, although the kitchen was incredibly slow despite the dining room only being 1/2 full at best. It was a two hour dinner. Waitress tried to replace our dinners but we didn't want another full dinner at that point. Also disappointed to see they had cut back on portion size. They plated it different than they have for years. It was my daughter that noticed there were only 5 prawns instead of the six they normally served and the rice portion was about half the portion as well. They did bring out free sorbet dessert. Overall, very disappointed dining experience.
