Great food and great service!
Absolutely delicious meal at Elements. The Spring rolls and fried green tomato appetizers were delectable. The Butter Chicken and Walnut Prawns were to die for. The other diners-Vegetarian Kung Pao noodles and Vermillion Snapoer-also found their entrees to be quite yummy.
Our favorite place in Chapel Hill. always good.
Great restaurant with an Asian flare. Even the salad was off the chart. I had the Prawns. 6 huge prawns that looked like small lobster tails. Served on a bed of Asian cabbage slaw with a great sauce on the prawns.
Once again, Elements has blown me away with its absolutely outstanding food, service, and ambience. Everything our six person party ate (and we ate a lot) was delicious and perfectly prepared. The restaurant is also extremely accommodating about dietary restrictions and sharing. And it is one of the few places where you can actually have a conversation with your fellow diners, even at a fairly large table like ours, and hear one another. Kudos to Elements, which is definitely one of the very best restaurants in the Chapel Hill/Durham area.
Great food and overall experience. Would definitely go back.
Great time….excellent food. We had several of the small plates and everything was very good. Plus the wonderful desserts.
Food and service were wonderful. It got a bit noisy when a large group arrived. Perhaps if the location of the large group table was not in the center of the dining room the noise could be abated a bit.
The food here is very good, but the timing of everything was dismal. We waited almost 2 hours for our dinners to arrive after our appetizers came out. I know everyone is short staffed, but a little communication goes a long way in a situation like this. If the waiter had come to our table to explain what was going on, we might have understood, but that did not happen. The ambiance was so mediocre - lights were too bright, no background music and dirty tables all around us. We were so disappointed with our experience.
The food was excellent, as usual, but service was slow. We were outside, and had to wait more than half an hour to get someone to take our order. The restaurant seems to be under-staffed, though perhaps that was compounded by our being outside. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Very good food, a little pricey for portions. Huge disappointment that sushi bar is not open, that needs to be noted with any reservation as that was the main reason I chose the restaurant based on past experience. A COVID casualty.Still good but miss the excellent sushi.
Our server Raymond was excellent. One of the best we have had.
This was my first time dining at Elements. I loved everything about our dinner there--the food, the service, and the ambience. Tables are very well spaced apart, which makes the dining room much quieter and conducive to conversation than most. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.
Consistent great food.
Love the prawns, chicken, spring rolls and octopus.
Setting lovely. Outside space also great..now with heaters.
Every meal at elements is always amazing and the staff are highly professional and friendly
Elements is the perfect neighborhood hidden gem. The food is delicious, cocktails are incredible, and the service is personable & friendly. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We always have a wonderful time! Many thanks to all, especially Van & Gordon.
Our waiter, David, was outstanding!!
A little noisier than usual, but perhaps just the result from those out after COVID quarantine…..?
Have always appreciated the quiet and calm atmosphere.
Outside dining and Temperature was perfect. Food was excellent and waiter was superb.
Great food as usual! The rolls were phenomenal and could have been dessert. I had the filet mignon tips and my wife had the butter chicken. Started with a tuna sushi flight that was out of this world. A bit pricey compared to other restaurants I. The area ($30-40 entrees) but you can’t find food like this that has so much flavor and pop when it’s all out together. As a result, Elements remains my favorite restaurant in the Triangle.
Excellent food and service with a wonderful outdoor setting.
Elements is our favorite restaurant. Have been going there for years. The food is exceptional from salads to small plates to entrees and dessert, you can't go wrong. Excellent wine list.
Service is perfect - attentive but not overbearing.
Nice place. Server was great. No sushi on the menu at present, which was disappointing. Had the bread basket and spring rolls with the Bibb wedge salad to start…all very good. We had the butter chicken and lo mein noodles as entrees…both fantastic. For dessert we did the donuts and ordered a scoop of ice cream to go with them, and this was a winner. They have outside dining with heaters, but we stayed inside.
The food that the four of had was really fabulous. The special sauce on the halibut dish is the best ever tasted.
Our server David was over the top, friendly and attentive while hustling all the time to insure other tables were taken care of.
You will have a wonderful meal, with friendly thoughtful service.
The food here is generally excellent. This time I had shrimp tacos as an appetizer, much better than average, and Hanoi fish as my main, which was good but not outstanding. my wife had the Bibb lettuce wedge as an appetizer, which she really enjoyed, and the Korean Seafood Hotpot as her main, which was really outstanding with a super tasty broth and tone of seafood. Overall, highly recommended.
About an average menu selection for higher end eating. The small plate items were excellent. Above average in taste and portion size. The main plates had generous portions and good flavor.
Fabulous food! Lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff!
Amazing food and service! I will definitely be going back!
While the menu is fairly limited due to their staffing shortage, there are good choices, and the food is excellent. Wait staff are friendly and courteous.
Creative menu, food was delicious! S young server named Joe helped us and he was great. Ask for Joe.
Perfect everything. Elements is my go-to restaurant. Always great in every way Never disappoints!
Delicious Salmon Wellington with a very nice French Brut Rosé. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience! And the server was excellent; friendly, and helpful.
We had a great experience, our servers did a great job and the food was really good.
such a fun place. you'll get to try some fun dishes
Amazing food and service!
