   We had a really poor experience here . Our server was very disorganized and seemed very overwhelmed. It took 35 min to get drinks we ordered when we arrived. our appetizer came before our drinks and our dinner 2 minutes later. My husband ordered Boulliabase which was lukewarm when it arrived and served in a cereal sized bowl making it difficult to navigate no bowl was offered for empty shells ( would have asked but counting our server anywhere) I ordered the duck confit which was very good but the risotto served with it was like glue. People seemed to be scurrying everywhere but in a frenzied manner, the best thing about the night was the music which was great but not good enough to entice a return trip. It seems they might have bitten off too much with the size of the new place.

   Edwin’s never disappoints. The food was fantastic, the staff was top notch, and I love what Brandon has done with the space!

   We have dined at Edwin’s twice, each time sitting in the room facing the street. Each time the food was very good. We especially liked the Oysters Rockefeller. The first time the room was not too crowded and the dimensions seemed okay. The second time the room was crowded. The space between tables was very tight. The servers had a very difficult time delivering food to the guests. Despite their best efforts we were jostled at times. I think Brandon needs to reconfigure this room.

   We had dinner in the Brassiere and then moved to the bar in the back off the fine dining area where I great jazz band was playing. Michael our server was very attentive. I’m looking forward to going back again and again!

   Fantastic food. Wonderful service. Folks are learning to be servers, and they are so appreciative of the customers. It is a wonderful place and a fantastic experience. Try the lamb crop appetizer. SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!

   We ate in the Bistro . Service was not on par and the food was average . Had to send lamb chop back twice . Hamburger way overcooked and lacked flavor . Sorbet very sweet and didn’t eat . Waiter didn’t take off bill Two large groups made dinning very unpleasant . Very disappointed Table very small for 4 people . No place for food Waiters confused on food delivery . Wrong order to our table Food not coursed properly

   I am sorry to say. I had heard about this establishment and all that it stands for and was thrilled. I fully support this idea. When I looked on line and saw how nice it was i was filled with excitement. The reality was when I arrived it was nothing like the pictures. We were sat it a small dark dingy room. I even had to ask them to turn the lights on. The food was fair at best. I was crushed internally. I was really hoping for this great place that I could see wonderful changes for people who worked hard to get there. On a lighter note our waiter was super nice and respectful. I am hoping this was just a fluke. Maybe I should have asking for nicer seating before i sat down. I did try to look around a bit to see if i had been missing where the pictures on line may have been taken but saw nothing like the pictures anywhere.
