   We went for Mother's Day brunch. The food was delicious. The service was great. Very attentive and friendly. The patio is gorgeous. Well done for the whole Edwin's team

   This was the Mother's Day brunch of all brunches. From the very friendly and efficient valet, to the servers and everyone in between, the vibe was hapatio areappy, helpful, and very professional. Brandon and staff outdid themselves with the food and setup. In the main dining room, carved ham and beef, waffles and omelets made to order were the stars. I thought a VERY nice touch was the carver asking about whether I wanted a fatty or not fatty piece of beef . I think this was super. Same with the ham. The waffles were terrific, and the omelet chef was skillful and very accommodating. My dining companion wanted a slightly well done omelet and it was delivered as requested. In the patio room, up three steps, was all manner of breakfast goodies. Eggs Benedict, seafood, salads, pasta and pasta salad, potatoes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, delicious pastries, fruit, and everything in between. A veritable groaning board of food. All delicious and tempting. Edwin's food is second to none, and the buffet did not disappoint! Our server was friendly and amiable, and Brandon himself was clearing tables, greeting people, seating people and was generally present in all aspects of the brunch buffet. When we paid our bill, each mother received a split of champagne- a very nice ending to the meal. Brunch buffets are also on Saturdays. Not sure how extensive they are, but if it's half of the Mother's Day brunch, it is very, very good. Edwin's is a jewel in Cleveland's crown of fine dining. Keep up the outstanding work, guys!

   If you are looking for an experience, this is the place to go. The mother day brunch was exceptional. The variety of food from oysters to chicken cordon blue would satisfy any palate. Edwin's is consistent, and creative while providing the upmost customer service. See you there 😊. Gina

   Brunch was delicious. Service was inconsistent but it was Mother's Day and very busy. Only one valet on duty so wait time was very long (through no fault of the valet ). Should have had at least 2 if not 3 workers.

   Brandon was very gracious and stopped at the table several times, his staff is energetic and did a fantastic job on a night that was extremely busy. The energy and atmosphere is fantastic, the food was excellent and the service was great. You can tell that everyone there wants to do a great job and provide a great experience, we will definitely be back.

   Great disappointment after having eaten there twice after reopening. Screaming loud music. Trout that was rediculous with thick crusted layer of cheese and a mystery ingredient on top. The whole thing resting on mash potatoes. Muck!!! What happened here???

   I will give Edwin’s another try, but our first experience was tough. First, the noise level in the restaurant was extremely high. The live piano music was so loud that we could not have a normal conversation at our table. The jazz trio that played after the piano guy were also just as loud. Second, the restaurant was very busy, which is to be expected the Saturday before Mothers Day. However, I would have thought that Edwin’s would have been better prepared. The hostess was completely overwhelmed and we were never sure who was assigned to wait in our table. We had at least 5 different people taking care of us including the hostess and the exec chef/owner. This ended up in mixed up drink orders, long wait times for service, etc. Everyone was apologetic, but the staff was completely not prepared for the evening. Finally, the food was just okay. I expected more for a $250+ dinner for our table. One of our appetizers was stone cold but because of the wait staff issue, it was difficult to discuss it with anyone. Overall, the decor is great and we like the touches tying it back to the former Night Town. We will give Edwin’s another try because we want to see them succeed…but our first experience was not what we were expecting.

   We had dinner at Edwin’s on a busy Saturday evening. The bleu cheese appetizer was very good, as was the sea bass entree. But the kitchen was so slow that we waited nearly an hour for our entrees and barely had time to eat before rushing off to a concert. Very disappointing.
