Went two different times over one weekend- one for beer/wine- and the other for xmas eve dinner. The service both times was great, the selection of beers was incredible- and fun- and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The wife, the daughter and I started out sharing two small plates. The Grilled octopus with spicy lentils was tender enough, but lacked heat or any real flavor. Given that the Mac and peas were made with “curry cheddar cheese”, we were expecting more depth of flavors. Easily the best dish of the night was the spicy green flounder with a green yogurt pesto. This is a dish that had everything the other dishes lacked. A bit of heat yet refreshing experience on the taste buds. This is a dish I would order again and again For a tempura dish, the batter on the Tempura flounder and shrimp dish was not crispy. The baked grits and red sauce made this dish even more muddled. As expected there is a wide variety of beer options. What was surprising however, was the extensive offering of wines and other spirits. Although we had a great time the meal was a bit underwhelming.

First time to Edmund's Oast and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent and server was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my gluten intolerance. My husband had the Red Wedding cocktail which is just an amazing adventure of a cocktail. We shared three dishes, which was great because it gave us both a chance to taste a wider range of their options. I was thrilled to discover that most of their desserts were gluten free. Definitely plan to return.

I️ used to come here all the time when I️ lived in Charleston, so was excited to come back. Ordered the salt chicken and it tasted like lysol. Everything was way too heavily seasoned with some sort of green curry. Did not tell us what cheeses were what. Definitely had me missing their Crab Porridge.

I was looking forward to dining here. Brought my mother from out of the country and had a less than exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived (7 minutes early) we were told they would seat us closer to our reservation time. There was at least 7 tables open an absolutely no one in front of us, so we stood in the cold corner until exactly at 715. Then we waited for 15 minutes for water. Our waiter was automatic and annoying. I have a severe gluten allergy and clearly vocalized this and was told “pretty much” everything was gluten free. When I insisted he ask the chef, only two dishes were recommended. The food was delicious and my mom got a free cup of coffee but our waiter kept say “fantastic “ even when it was a no thank you. I give my hats off to the chef but the entire experience was not worth it. Sadly I will not be returning and will not recommend. Although the food was delicious, I would recommend that either the menu be all little more specific about the poached shrimp as we thought it would be warm and it was cold and a bit “oily”.
