The menu treads an eclectic and wondrous path between pho, sushi, ceviche, and some incredible ramen-style dishes. The Shiroshoyu Ramen combines chashu pork with bamboo shoots, egg, and the more unusual addition of burdock. There’s a spicy Jjamppong packed with mussels, calamari, and shrimp, plus plenty of other noodle and soup options. One of the most inventive menus in Miami.

Kiko in Plantation is so authentically Japanese, that the décor is genuine Japanese wood that was flown in specially. There’s a 20 seat sushi bar where raw fans can indulge in expertly created rolls. Then the menu takes a trip across Thailand and Japan, stopping off to ensure guests have the opportunity to order some of the best ramen in Miami. The miso ramen utilizes classic miso broth, with toppings of ground pork, corn, onion and cabbage. The Shoyu ramen is a bit more of a show-off, packed with braised pork, egg, scallion, and fishcake. Exciting and authentic.
