We have returned to this restaurant for years. The service is incredible and the food is out of this world. Our server Greg was amazing and attended to all of our needs. Matt the manager is amazing and very welcoming. And, we adore Nicole the other manager. We tell everyone about this restaurant - the lobster risotto is my favorite.

We ate here 4 years ago, but we were disappointed with this visit. Service was discourteous and rushed, although the restaurant was not at all busy. The food quality was inconsistent.

We have been here several times and have not been disappointed; however, this was the first time that we have been here that the meal started off not very good. They always start off with fresh popovers and in the past they have been fresh and warm - this time they were cold and did not seem that fresh (very disappointed with this) - other than that the meal was really well done.

We went to Edge for the first time last year and again this year and WOW. We had, quite possibly, the perfect meal. Everything was prepared to perfection and our server was unbelievable! Very attentive, fun and really took care of us. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We started with the wagyu tartare, lobster bisques and caesar salad. Then we moved onto wagyu ribeyes, wagyu ribeye cap and a 16-oz dry aged NY Strip with 2 sides of their truffle mac & cheese. We ended sharing a chocolate souffle and some vanilla ice cream. Everything was cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious.

two of us ordered the chicken dish which was delivered to the table cold . the wait staff were very apologetic and we were given new meals after a bit of a wait. all the food was delicious and we were given a dessert free as an apology which was very nice.

The Japanese Wagyu steak is amazing, very tender and richly marbled. It does not take a lot to fill up on it. Also the Truffled Lobster Risotto is very rich and tasty but be warned, the risotto is cooked to al dente. The 3 way potato side is great and enough for 2 to share. Leave room for the chocolate souffle for dessert.

This was a great dining experience. From the exceptional service, to the perfectly cooked steaks, it was wonderful. It is pricey, but good for a special occasion.

This was my third time. It has been better each time and the service is wonderful. This is not a 20 min dinner. Go relax and take your time. Enjoy who you are there with and the great food and service

If I could give 6 stars I would. The food was amazing! Fantastic menu with some options you won’t find anywhere. Great wine list with their own sommelier. Only negative is that it’s pricey, so make this your no kids or date night.

My girlfriend and I went for New Years Eve.
For $150 per person, the food was very average AND took way too long to come out. We had an 830pm reservation and did not leave the restaurant until 11:45pm..there was just 2 of us!

Save your time (and money) and go to Firewood instead - You won't be disappointed.

We ate here on New Years Eve. They offered a fixed menu at $150. Upon being seated we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to us to offer us water or a drink menu. We ordered ed our steaks medium well for myself & well done for my husband. Mine came out medium rare & my husband’s was also medium rare. We sent back his steak, which took forever to come back & I ate mine , essentially New Year’s Eve dinner by myself. When my husband’s steak came back, it was burnt on the outside & rate on the inside. I asked for the manager & the gentleman who brought us the steak, who I thought was the wine connoisseur, said I am. We stayed in Park City for an entire week & this was the worst meal of the vacation.?

The food was very good. I got the short ribs and the beef tar tar. I would eat there again. The place was a little stuck up for me to be honest but it is your typical steak house feel. The service was also very good.

We enjoyed the food but the extremely slow service was tiring after a day skiing. Popovers were a hit. My daughter liked the lamb and the filet was great. My husband would have liked more lobster in his risotto.

VERY close tables, tight and side portions VERY SMALL. service was slow, very old restaurant. Needs updated based on size and pricing. Better off to enjoy a meal in Main Street with better ambiance. This is quite, close tables, slow service and not great food.

The excellent thing about this restaurant are the extras - the amuse bouches, popovers, palate cleansers, after dinner chocolates. The meat and chicken were excellent and my daughter loved her Mac n Cheese. The only fall downs for me were the vegetables, sides and fois gras, all under seasoned or oddly prepared and just under-whelming. The ambience and service certainly made up for this and all-in-all an enjoyable evening.

The risotto was undercooked. The salad served as a main course consisted of 6 Romain leaves. It took so long for the drinks to arrive that the ice was melting. The waiter was condescending.

My husband and our 2 daughters dined here on Christmas. Everything was perfect! The service was outstanding, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful. 3 of us had steaks that were cooked to perfection. Finished the evening with the chocolate soufflé, YUM! Definitely will go back the next time we are in Park City.

Reservation was at 7:45pm and we finally were seated at 9pm. I asked two other people who were waiting what time their reservation was and they both stated 8pm. Both tables were seated before my family and I had two children with me. Needless to say I was very unhappy and ruined Christmas Eve for us.
