Thank you for spending Valentine's Day with us. We will be offering our regular menu as well as a special Valentine's Day tasting menu. We do require credit cards to hold all reservations are there is a $50 per person cancellation fee.

This place is really expensive, but worth it.
Overall, food was good, atmosphere was awesome, and service was slow. Be prepared for a 3 hour meal. Filet was average, lamb was unreal, and the scallops were amazing.
As a Westgate owner, I’ve frequented Edge since opening. While there’s been improvements over the years, the wait service, cuisine quality and presentation, ambiance and overall demonstration of team “esprit de corps” has become exceptional under Matt’s tenure and oversight.

We enjoyed our vacation dinner very much and will definitely recommend Edge to others. All aspects of the evening were wonderful. The pricing compared to the value is high, based upon my international travel experience, so Edge would be the restaurant of choice for only very special circumstances. If pricing was reduced by 20%, I could justify dining there more than once or twice per year.
A very upscale dining experience, and quite literally the best meal I've ever had at a restaurant. Quiet atmosphere, exceptional service, and the food was spectacular. Everything was perfect, which is important when you make this type of investment in fine dining. We will talk about our special night at Edge Steakhouse for years to come.
Service was excellent. However, restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced.$60 for a filet that resembled an Outback Steakhouse filet in size and quality. If you enjoy a good steak, head over to Ruth’s Chris.
Overall great food and service. The steaks are amazing. Especially the wagyu / kobe ones.

Great experience! A but overpriced, but great food!
Steak was below average if compared to other steak houses in US. Thin bone in New York steak and not well seasoned. Waited for 1/2 hour for a glass of wine to arrive. Waiter was busy with other tables, she was great but I guess the restaurant is not used to have high volume of customers.
It took over 2 hours to get through the meal with 30-40min between appetizers to salad to meal
We have been dining at the Edge for the past few years and is our best experienced in the area, a little bit expensive but worth the experience , Highly recommended.
New Years Eve. The ambiance was fine and the food was good. However, it would’ve been more special if the restaurant had counted down to midnight or been decorated or handed out glasses of champagne to toast the new year. I missed the festive atmosphere. For a regular date night it would d a good place to visit.

Extremely long wait between courses. Approx. 2.5 hour dinner for table of two.
The overall experience was very good. The entrees were good. The side dishes ok. The timing of the courses and palate cleansers perfect and the service was absolutely excellent!!!

Odd location; hard to find. Food was good, but not a lot of choices. The service was great.
Spectacular meal. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The rib cap was one of the best steaks I’ve tasted. The lamb chops were delicate. Everything was perfect.
The restaurant is located in the Westgate resort in Park City. The decor is pretty outdated, it seemed to be from the 80’s ...However the food and service were outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious.
Had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner at Edge. Our sever Sean was knowledgeable and super helpful at navigating the menu. All the staff was super attentive and friendly. We loved the food, especially the lovely extras. Good was plentiful and delicious. Great place to celebrate a special occasion.
Surprisingly underwhelmed. Cuisine was good but not especially flavorful - and somewhat disappointing given the price point. Service was good but upselling was clearly the name of the game. We were not offered a choice of tap water - only bottled, sparking or still. In addition, when my husband ordered a specific steak, server seemingly ignored request to upsell a more expensive alternative. He also pushed desserts after already offering and we had subsequently declined. All in all, we have enjoyed meals at other fine-dining restaurants with far more flavorful cuisine, superior service and ambiance. Edge was decent but not worth returning to, esp. not for a special occasion like Christmas Eve dinner.
Have been to Edge several times in the past. This time steaks were Luke warm, not hot and over cooked. Ordered creamed spinach which was cold and spinach was not cooked well. Tasted like raw spinach with cream poured over it. Will not return.

We had a really awkward dining experience here. The good news first... the food is amazing. Table side Caesar, lobster bisque, filet and the New York were some of the best we’ve ever had. Now for the bad... the ambiance is strange. The lights are way too bright and it seemed as though it was all of the serving staffs first day. We had a wine glass dropped on our table and glass shards went everywhere. Our server might as well have sat down and ate with us because he spoke to us more than we got to talk to each other. He also loved to yell at the bussers and food runners in front of the guests. He was so awkward we really didn’t know how to tell him to just go away and let us eat. Next time we’re in Park City we’ll likely skip this restaurant. Better options on Main.

Comfortable, quiet, elegant atmosphere with excellent service and attention to detail. Nice wine list and pairings. Steaks are quality and well prepared, the pepper sauce was savory, but not very peppery. The fish was exquisitely seasoned and presented, but slightly over cooked. Prices are relatively high and ala carte, but good quantity. The appetizers and sorbet cleaners are creative, well thought out and a nice touch, as was the after dinner chocolate. Overall a nice experience if the cost is not barrier.
The steak I ordered was different from any other steak I have ever ordered.
Fine dining at its best. Don't go here if you're in a hurry or wants a quick meal. We spent 3 hours at dinner. Great place to relax, have great conversations with good friends and be fascinated by good food and excellent service. Not a place where you want Quick Service. The service is excellent, and unhurried. Will be going back here often with good friends.

Food was more than good!! However, we waited forever for our food. I saw other tables all done and left but we were waiting... I didn’t feel good about it. I ordered 10 oz medium wagyu beef and my friend order 8 oz medium well wagyu beef. But the waiter mixed our orders so I got a 10 oz medium well beef... services were disappointed but food was good.

Great dining experience. Delicious food, great service from Shawn, and very informative from the manager and sommelier Matt Sasaki. My only regret is we don't live near Park City.
