   My partner and I had an exceptional time at the rimrock restaurant, we enjoyed the grand finale menu with the protein, and it was absolutely fantastic. Julian was our similar and carried us through a wine pairing with each course. We started with champagne and the add-on caviar, which was absolutely fantastic and added on a Sauternes sweet wine, which was absolutely fantastic. The service from start to beginning was 10 out of 10. The only drawback I gave was a four out of five on the value as it is quite pricey for a dinner for two with a wine pairing with the add-ons. This obviously isn’t a place you would go to for a weekly date out but for an anniversary or for celebrating a milestone it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend going and visiting this amazing spot with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains in a late evening dinner reservation so you can watch the sunset over the mountains.

   Overpriced for the experience. Standard level of service has decreased from previous years. We have been going for the last 6 years and because of our most recent experience I don’t think we will go back. Also where are the tablecloths?

   It was awkwardly quiet. Some light music would have been a nice buffer and add to the ambiance. The food was great! However the potion sizes were very small and some of the courses were literally one bite- but very flavourful and creative.

   One of the best, if not the best, experiences we’ve had! Amazing service, the food is unbelievable, rich in flavours, each bite is a great surprise.

   We had an amazing time with Eden. Their service felt like a warm embrace. We dined on the night of our wedding. They made our special day evem better. The food was exceptional. Props to the whole team. It will be a special place for the two of us now. Thanks again!

   Best meal of all of our lives. So very happy to have the private room with our 3 young adult kids. We were all amazed at the variety and quality of the food and excellent service. We were ever so grateful for the small extras from the chef. Memorable meal. Might be back if we have another special occasion. Thanks to the many hands the made and served our food.

   Selected the four course menu of winter tomato, trio of beetroot, Alberta beef tenderloin, and noisette praline. Incredibly fresh, punchy, and tasty menu. I couldn’t have been more happy after trying the items. The beef was by far my favourite part of the menu and absolute perfection.
