It sure of the other guests, but RedFish special plate for the night tasted like well cooked and presented tilapia. But is is certainly no redfish. Because was not going to make a commotion.

Service from beginning to end was superb. We started our meals with a lobster bisque that was creamy with large chunks of lobster. My wife ordered scallops which looked generous in size and cooked quite well. I had salmon that had a sweet glaze and mixed greens for a bed. We shared lobster mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach for the sides. Both were tasty. I would say the slices of parmesan gave the spinach a nice flavor, but the texture was slightly unexpected for what was essentially creamed spinach. I also had Glenlivet 12 with my dinner. Again dinner was great. The ambiance was nice if a tad bit dark. I recommend it for the experience alone.

I wish I remembered our server’s name because she was absolutely fantastic! She fixed up our table to suit the occasion and even took a picture for us and printed it. The food was fantastic as always! Wonderful experience!

Eddie V’s is definitely a must for any special occasion. The service is A-1 exceptional! The food is so delicious I don’t even have words to describe it! The ambiance on Valentine’s Day just made the night even more special. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Love it!
