    Very disappointed. Guess I expect more from a high end restaurant. Very busy, crowded, and loud. Waited 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. Got our water, which smelled. For 50 dollars you would have expected the Pumpkin tart to be included as it was listed with all the other set foods with no price next to it, but no, it was ala cart. The waiter was nice but not very efficient or attentive. He said bread was in the oven but after 25 minutes we had to ask again if our bread was ready. The thanksgiving meal said “bread basket”. We got slices of sourdough bread. Not what I’d call a breadbasket. The food was fine. Not spectacular. Had to ask the server to remove the 6 massive wine glasses that weren’t being used and were obviously in the way. Disappointed.

    We had to wait over 45 minutes past our reservation time to be sat at a table. Once we were sat, we were brought to an area that is usually a private dining area. They appeared to have rented card tables and chairs used for wedding receptions so they could squeeze in more people. I did not appreciate not being in the proper dining room despite making my reservation months in advance and arriving early. Of course, we were charged full price for this second class experience in a drafty back room.

    30 minute wait for a reservation made two weeks prior. Check-in and host staff were unorganized and provided very poor communication at check-in on expected wait time. Again, we had a reservation for two people. The most aggravating part was that they said they had no tables and I could see a 4-top that sat empty for about 20 minutes while we waited. Food quality was very average for Eddie V’s. Steak was not hot when served. Sides were overcooked and poor quality vegetables. Wait service was fairly decent but not on par with other steak houses. Overall, I’ve dined at this restaurant many times and this was not the type of service or food quality I’ve had in the past.

    Who orders turkey at a seafood restaurant? I do…when it is Thanksgiving and Eddie V’s did not disappoint. Turkey was cooked perfectly, the stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce were all excellent. Great place to go for Thanksgiving - no cooking or mess to clean up! Thank you Eddie V’s for providing a traditional meal for our group of three!

    Restaurant was over booked. Reservations were not honored on time. Wait staff was not up to caliber. Had to ask several times for ice, water, and napkins etc Seating was poorly positioned and not ready. Chairs were rickety. Food was good. Very disappointed!

    Basically just ok. Sea bass cooked well but almost tasteless. Asparagus too oily and very tough and overcooked. Scallops cooked well but boring. Bread was dried out. Nothing memorable about the food. Disappointing.

    We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they did a nice job with dessert, flaming bananas foster with Happy Birthday written on the dish. We had the 10oz filet, lamb chops and crab fried rice. Food was pretty good, service was well below standard for fine dining - slow, had to be reminded clear used dishes, felt that we were an afterthought. We’ve had better experiences at the other location and much better experiences at other high-end restaurants.

    Definitely nice environment to be in for a date or dinner with family. Our server was very polite and attentive. Maybe could’ve been more attentive as we did wait for periods of time to make orders. Appetizers were very good, however the main course not so much. Order lamb chops medium and it came out very rare. Order chilli rub steak medium rare and came out medium well and too burnt. Overall experience for a first timer was good.

    Great experience! Early dinner to be able to get to a concert nearby. Jorge was our server and he was fabulous. He did not rush us to order or make us feel like he wanted us to get our order in and move us along. We had a sashimi yellowtail appetizer which was awesome followed by steaks cooked perfectly to our order. My wife had the filet scampi and I had the bone in strip. Both perfect! Normal sides and caesar. Dessert was berries and cream. Delish!! Great experience!

    Another great outing at Eddie V’s. Our waiter, Michael was attentive and paced our meal perfectly. We were a little surprised that the place was not at capacity on a Saturday evening. Excellent food as always!

    We’ve eaten here before and it was superb. Our latest time they seemed overwhelmed. Steak severely undercooked…twice. (They comped it). Caesar salad was heavy handed with the anchovies. Very fishy. Just felt like we were an after thought. Best appetizer is the shrimp cocktail. Always perfectly cooked and you can make your own cocktail sauce with the horseradish. We will go back but not soon.

    Food was delicious as always. I had the lobster tacos appetizer and the scallops entree. Husband had the burrata and beet salad and the NY Strip with peppercorn sauce. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary and everyone was so kind in helping us to celebrate. One thing I wanted to give special remarks to was that they had a folded American flag displayed for Veterans’ Day. As both of us are veterans, we were truly pleased to see such an honor. Thank you Eddie V’s!!!

    We were sat with, Jennifer was spectacular. The food was delicious and the best dirty martini I've had in quite a while. Heraldo is our usual guy, so he made sure our experience was perfect. Can't wait to go back again!

    My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I was surprised when we were seated to find a Birthday card for me on the table. I had not said a thing about a birthday so it must have come up on my Open Tables reservation which I thought was very nice touch and included a birthday desert too!

    My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary. It was our first time being here and it was amazing. The service was great and so was the food. Eddie V’s made our night so special. We are definitely coming back!

    Eddie vs is always a classic and we just haven’t had a bad meal here. Lobster tacos are a must as well as the crab fried rice.

    Eddie V’s is always a win for us. The big factor in us being return customers is that the service is always warm and friendly. Servers aren’t stuck up and it doesn’t feel too fancy, despite being upscale. Like every other establishment since Covid, service feels a bit stretched at times, with things taking a bit long, but no judgement here (other than if we paid servers a living wage, maybe more people would want to do it). Food execution is pretty consistent, and they have some delicious items on the menu. Every place has its up and downs, pluses and minuses; what brings us back to Eddie V’s is the quality of service and reliably executed food.

    Service was terrible! Took an hour to even order, plates and glasses never cleared waiter came back maybe every 30 minutes if that. Kept saying it was the kitchens fault told us meals were taking an hour to come out after placing them in the system. We always come to Eddie v bc we live the food and service is always top notch but tonight was an off day night for them for sure!

    We often visit an Eddie V’s when we are traveling and if there is one nearby. Debbie Price has by far been the best server we’ve experienced at an Eddie V’s. It was nice to see her smiling face again this year. She gave us such excellent service last year that it was a treat to sit in her section again. The food is wonderful, too, but the quality of service is what stands out for us. Many Thanks!
