Our group has dined here numerous times. Our expectations are high and they were met. Our server Mary was very pleasant and professional. Food was prepared well and was delicious. Three of us had the filet and it was the perfect temperature. Another person in our party had the Sea Bass and thought it was very good. The last member our group enjoyed the scallops. Background music, that was performed by a live combo in the lounge, could be heard throughout the dining room through the speaker system. The restaurant was busy and lively, but the noise level was never too high to enjoy conversation.

Eddie V's is one of two restaurants we always dine at during our visits to Chicago. Great service, excellent tasting entrees and conveniently located near Michigan Avenue.

Excellent service. Seafood towered the Big Eddie was not worth the 140 was expecting more seafood the oysters nothing to write home about. Order the turkey dinner with trimmings. Two plate did not have stuffing although she brought another plate out to make it right. Overall, the turkey was good the seafood was good could have been a bit more but overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this place is worth it because the service was outstanding.

I’ve dined here many times and it’s always a great experience. Last night, my friend and I celebrated our 50th birthdays. Our server Keymani created the perfect dining experience for us. We both had the Chilean Seabass and it was divine! I didn’t care for the espresso martini but my vodka martini was perfect. It was my friend’s first time there and she was thoroughly impressed!

Outstanding as always. We had filet, lobster tails, crab fried rice and the truffle mac and cheese. Everything was excellent, prepared to our liking, and served hot. The bananas foster dessert was also a nice touch (and very good) for the birthday boy.
