Echo & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher Shop

Good food, excellent service
Our first visit was wonderful. There were four of us and we started sharing several sides including the bone marrow w/ carne asada and the lamb cigars. Both were a big hit. Service was excellent. I loved the rib cap (as did two others) and my wife enjoyed her filet. Sides for sharing were great including the mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts (unlike any I've had before). We look forward to many more visits and the menu has many other attractive dishes. Indoor seating was a bit noisy for us; but outdoor patio seating looks great once the sun goes down. So glad I found this with a Google search for steakhouses in Summerlin (Las Vegas). Valet parking across street in front of restaurant very convenient in this Tivoli Village business.
Food was very good and service was fantastic. The noise level in the restaurant was annoyingly high and echoing, we could barely carry on a conversation. I took my senior father there for Fathers Day and he couldn't hear anything we were saying and sat in silence the whole time. For that reason alone I may not return for another visit.
Those steaks were to DIE for! Service was excellent, too! We have eaten outside before and it's so beautiful out there; however 100+ degrees and wind made being inside just FINE! Thank you for a wonderful experience for our anniversary!
The food was excellent as always. However, this is the first time our service was "good" vs. impeccable. The bus staff was more helpful and attentive than our server. We'll still come back but we were slightly let down.
Always love Echo and Rig.
Ryan at the bar was awesome and Hugo our waiter was great too.
This was the perfect place to take my Husband and Father-in-Law.
Yum Yum Yum. Such a good ribeye. We really love this place.
Nice restaurant, adequate service, great food.
We celebrated our friends’ 59th wedding anniversary. Greeted by the GM and made to feel special. Service and food were excellent. Highly recommend Echo & Rig.
The restaurant was very stuffy and warm.
I asked for extra sauce and did not get it and could not get anyone to come back to our table to get it.
We were empty of water and orange juice for our mimosas and it took over 10 minutes to even get someone to attend to us to get more water and orange juice.
Service was extremely slow.
This is not the normal experience I expect from echo and rig.
Food and service the best. Also great wine. Surprised to find this place off the strip. Also amazing value. Tried many things on the menu and will definitely go again to try more.
The food and service at Echo & Rig were excellent. The restaurant is one of our favorites in Las Vegas.
Nice place to a have nice dinner ! The steaks are really good portion for a affordable price!
They sat us on the patio when it’s 115 degrees, the host said the patio is comfortable since there’s fan and mister, not true! We were sweating the whole time ! It was not a good dining experience! The patio seating should not be an option during summer in Vegas!
We were seated at a very small bistro table overlooking the staircase. There was barely enough room for our glasses and various dishes. The server came across as a used car salesman hustling us to order more food and drink, as opposed to a guide well-versed on the menu. The “service” was borderline oppressive with the constant drive-bys. Furthermore, we could barely hear each other over the din from both above and below us, coming up from the bar downstairs and all around. The food, however, was as delicious and decadent as I’ve come to expect from this stellar kitchen. This was my first time dining here as a two-top - much better (night and day) experience in all previous occasions with 4+.
We love Echo and Rig! This is our go to steak place. Service from the time you check in to when you leave is excellent! The food is phenomenal! I always get the Ribeye cap, broccolini, portobello fries and watermelon tomato cucumber purple onion salad!
Steak was small for for price and a la cart options were a bit pricey. Watermelon salad was awesome though! I would have expected a thicker cut of meat
Dinner was great we went for restaurant week. We've dined here before and had a great time so we were happy to be back.
I rarely re-patron a steakhouse, however, Echo & Rig is the exception. Steaks are perfectly salty, perfectly cooked, perfect proportions, with a hint of wood flavor! Add in no cork fee to bring your favorite wine and you get a great value compared to the other high end places in town. Service is also phenomenal from the entire staff. We we’re celebrating our anniversary and we’re made to feel special. Thanks for a great dinner.
Echo and Rig is consistently one of the best restaurants in Vegas. This is our go to birthday dinner destination.
The waiter and manager were professional. The noise level was almost unacceptable. The portions are quite small and overpriced. Food wasn't prepared as requested. Left 25% tip.
I am not returning and suggest choosing a different restaurant.
Great neighborhood eatery, good food and good prices. Extreme detail paid to quality customer service. No corkage fee for BYOB. Hard to get a reservation any day of the week.
The staff at the restaurant made every effort to make us comfortable. The interior while very modern with clean lines was too noisy for us. The hostess accommodated us at a lovely table on the balcony that surprisingly was not too hot.
Outstanding meal. Noisy inside, but quiet on balcony. One of our best meals in Las Vegas. Will definitely return.
Had a reservation for 4 scheduled a week ahead of time, and we were not seated for roughly 30-35 minutes past that time. Food was great! Bartenders were fantastic. The waiting staff was good but seemed either undermanned or new/not trained. Never came back to check temps on our steaks and drink refills were repeatedly made by flagging down staff.
Although the restaurant was not busy (I was there early) and we were only a party of 2, I was made to wait for the 2nd person in the party to be seated. I understand larger groups and during peak times, but that was a bit much.
The dining experience was ok. The Brussels were “interesting “ as they were more of a salad-like presentation vs a traditional cooked / glazed which would have been preferable, especially for an appetizer / small plate. The pork belly burnt ends were fantastic. Loved the sauce and the smokiness. The bread for the table was almost “toast-like” as opposed to good, chewy consistency. The rib-eye cap was oddly fatty- not in a good way, as the far was very tough and gristly, not well rendered, which is important for fattier cuts. It was also fairly undersized.
Great location and a lot of potential. I would say the meat displayed in the cases looked a lot better than what I got during my dining experience so that was disappointing.
Four of us dined here for Restaurant Week benefitting Three Square. Would have been a perfectly lovely prix fixe meal but for a small glitch. Our meals were very well presented and tasty. The staff all very helpful and friendly.
The glitch being one burger was very undercooked. That burger had to go home uneaten because of the amount of time to get it back from the kitchen.
Great atmosphere. Service was great. Too many great food options to choose from. Will have to come back.
Superb. $100 steaks for only $30-$40 and everything was amazing.
This is one of most rewarding dining experiences in Las Vegas not only because of the location (off the Strip, in beautiful Tivoli Village), but also, and most importantly, because the food is spectacular and delicious. I loved celebrating my birthday at Echo and Rig 2 years ago and decided to celebrate another birthday at the same place. Outstanding offerings for reasonable prices.
Food is excellent and won't break the bank!
A bit noisy so relaxed conversation is not possible.
This was my first visit to Echo & Rig. Everyone raves about it which is justified for its food and service. But I was shocked that the dining room was so stark, noisy and, IMHO, ugly. No art. No architectural details unless you count the ductwork painted black overhead. No color. It looks like they slapped paint on a construction site. The outdoor dining patio is lovely and the dining room is a light-filled space. The food and service are five stars but I won't be back. I prefer more relaxing, decorated spaces.
Great service from every member of staff from greeters, bar, all wait staff ... used my name, made our visit personal .... Salmon Benedict was great too!!
The restaurant in understaffed, just like all restaurants right now. The manager worked her tail off to help out and make it seem like nothing was going on. Our mimosas were served warm. We asked for glasses of ice several times to no avail. Apps came out late. Love this place and Will write it off as a fluke.
The restaurant is nice, but we weren't impressed with the service. They seemed annoyed that we were there.
Great food. Best brunch in Las Vegas. Very reasonable priced and great service.
We had a amazing time. Food suggestions were amazing and service was the best. Try the bone marrow! You won’t regret it.
Awesome interior, awesome staff, awesome food! 10/10
Our server Shane was excellent, and everyone else in the restaurant was friendly and welcoming to our two friends; it was their first time dining at Echo & Rig and they will definitely be back.
