   Got to the restaurant ahead of our reservation time and were promptly seated. We’re greeted by a manager who explained everything to us. Our waitress was amazing and very friendly. Got ribeyes with mashed potatoes and winter squash….all amazing. To make everything a little sweeter all the staff each wished us a happy Anniversary and gave us a treat at the end of dinner. Definitely a place to go to!!

   Food, excellent as usual and everyone is friendly and welcoming. We love this place and had two meals here in three days. We always take visitors here. This morning, staff seemed a bit disorganized. They were not sure on who ordered what, didn’t ask about splitting up the check. But the good always outweighs the not so good. My only complaint is it’s just so loud that it’s hard to have a conversation.

   Echo and Rig is one our favorite restaurants. The last two times we’ve gone for brunch though, the service time hasn’t been the best. Unusual because the service time for dinner has always been exceptional. Our waiter never even approached our table despite my wife and I sitting there for over 15 minutes. That said, a phenomenal waitress named Vanessa saw what was happening and despite not being assigned our table, jumped in and saved the day! She was absolutely amazing! Our food, as always, was delicious! I don’t know the initial waitress’ name, a short, thin, grey-haired woman, but she definitely has no business working at such an amazing restaurant like Echo and Rig. Fix that one issue and Echo and Rig is by far the best steakhouse/butcher shop in the city.

   Echo and Rig has become our go to place to take friends and family. Food is top notch, priced way better than other high end steak houses, has a great outdoor balcony and extremely warm, friendly and accommodating staff. It was great to see a full house this Thursday evening. See you Sunday for brunch!

   We had a fantastic meal and great service. We were shocked at how low the billl was for all the food we ate. The tomahawk ribeye was enough to feed 3 people. We will definitely go back

   Our server was fantastic and the tomahawk steak was of wagyu quality. Excellent price point for everything as well.

   We waited 30 minutes for service. Had to speak with a manager to get a server to attend to our table.

    I had an amazing experience at this steakhouse! The ribeye was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the sides were fresh and well-seasoned. The ambiance was just right—warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing dinner. A huge shoutout to our server, Marcos, who gave us exceptional service the entire evening. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Also, the manager, Javier, was an absolute delight—genuinely kind and clearly passionate about creating a great dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!
