   Overall great service from all the servers. Our steaks were done just right. The fried mushrooms were delicious

   The food and service is always wonderful. The noise level could use some ceiling baffles which would help immensely … I would love to see the customers make a little more effort to look 👀 presentable. This is a “locals” restaurant so tip and behave accordingly.

   I have been there many times. I left this with the overwhelming thought, “Echo and Rig has lost the magic.” The Manger was least friendly, least personable manager I have met there; just not inviting. This set the tone to dominate the ambient. None of the typical warmth we have received in other visits. Rib eye: literally have had better ribeye with a steak and eggs a random diners. It was sad. I felt like sending it back, but did not want to bother. This was the first visit where neither the food nor the service matched the price. At the price, I just don’t know that I will gamble on going there again. I’d rather gamble and try to find the next great place to dine.

   Great food and amazing ambiance. The steak and fish came out super fast and everything was perfect. Very kind sand accommodating staff

   Haven’t been here in years, but came back and it’s still a great as I remember. Good food & ambience. Their staff is very attentive & goes above & beyond.

   I have frequented your establishment several times. I found this experience to be rushed!!! Yes, it’s Mother’s day and I have been on other special times as well. The waiter kept coming to ask if he could take our plate and we were still eating. The waitress was overwhelmed.

   Our overall experience was excellent, with one minor exception. We arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation, which really seemed to throw the reception staff off their game. The receptionist wasn’t exactly rude, but she seemed very irritated that we showed up early. We sat and waited for about 10 minutes and were seated then, but received a text from the restaurant well after we were at our table, telling us our table was ready. Today I received an email from Open Table, telling me the restaurant reported me as a “no show”. The food and service was excellent, but the reception process was definitely subpar.

   10am reservations on Mother's Day weekend was the way to go. The restaurant filled up quickly but Nan and José were super attentive and personable. Rib eye sandwich, absolutely. Dozen oysters, why not? Everything was absolutely delicious and again, Nan and José were perfect.!
