   We waited 30 minutes for service. Had to speak with a manager to get a server to attend to our table.

   I had an amazing experience at this steakhouse! The ribeye was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the sides were fresh and well-seasoned. The ambiance was just right—warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing dinner. A huge shoutout to our server, Marcos, who gave us exceptional service the entire evening. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Also, the manager, Javier, was an absolute delight—genuinely kind and clearly passionate about creating a great dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

   This was a really cool spot to eat. Food was very good. The only real knock was a personal preference based off the menu description. They just didn't line up. Other than that, the place was amazing. Top of the line service, great drinks and surroundings. We'll be back.

   Celebrated my wife’s birthday at Echo & Rig. Staff was amazing. Waiter was on point, drinks were topped off without asking, food came out quickly. Ribeyes were cooked just right, bone marrow carne asada was delicious. Great experience! Highly recommended!

   Echo & Rig has great cuts of steak and great service. I highly recommend them for food, service and value.

   Meal was great! The tomahawk steak did not disappoint. Service was amazing! The entire wait staff goes above and beyond! The surprise birthday dessert on the house was a nice touch to top off the experience!

   You can take your own bottle of wine. One bottle per couple. No corkage fee. Atmosphere: We’ve sat at the bar and outside patio on second floor (stairs or elevator). Manager is welcoming and our service has always been great. It is nice to see the employees working together. Attire: I have seen a variety. "business casual," "cocktail attire," or "semi-formal". It is a very welcoming place. Food/drinks: Lamb chops and bavette were delicious. An espresso after our meal was lovely. We highly recommend, Echo and Rig. Enjoy! 💛

    Great steaks and sides at reasonable prices being off the strip. Plan to spend a couple of hours for dinner as service is a but slow, but it's a great opportunity for business or family dinner.
