   Wonderful experience!! The staff was welcoming and as friendly as a family. The food was excellent. The head on shrimp small plate was extraordinary I highly recommend the brussel sprouts and cauflower small plate. The ramen was unsual and very tasty. The seared steak in a cast iron pan was delighful. This was one of the best meals we had in Hawaii.

   Jaszarae was such a nice server and was very polite and informative. She was kind and made sure our drinks were kept full. I have always enjoyed 1849 since visiting their Oahu restaurant.

   Open space dining which seem to douse out extra noise. Delightful server staff that were considerate and informative. The food was pleasantly presented with full flavors and perfectly cooked.

   45 minute wait between apps and entree. Food was ok but much better at other restaurants nearby. Might give them one more try, but disappointed.

   We have been many times over the years as a couple, family, and with friends and it’s always consistent and beautiful. Ambience with the open floor plan and breeze is coming through are so nice to enjoy the experience. The appetizers, entrées, desserts, and beverages are Meeting every expectation. Always consistent with outstanding service and prepared meals. Based on the many times, we have dined at the eating house. It’s hard to share which foods stand out as they are unique and yummy in all their own preparation way. Best recommendation is select what you feel like eating and you should be walking out the door very happy.

   The only negatives I have is, that they have a very limited menu. They also do not offer any local fresh fish except for Ahi. They offer Alaskan Cod and Salmon… when in Hawaii, I want local fish. What they do serve is delicious.

   Good Good and service, but not quite up to par with the Waikiki restaurant. Setvice was top notch! We will return.

    Everything we ordered was beyond delicious: butterfish, short ribs, pot stickers. The absolute highlight was the halo halo dessert. It was next-level and the best halo halo we've ever had.
