My experience was, as usual, fantastic. It was my 12 year old son who lead us there begging to take him for those "amazing lamb chops". We had a different server, Bayann. She was the kindest, most attentive server we have ever had. She was also wonderful with my son, he really enjoyed her. So much so, he wants to ask for her everytime. Thanks for everything! Everything was simply amazing! Wouldn’t change a thing. We all were attracted to the fried rice so my friend and I got the lobster fried rice and & my boyfriend & her husband got the steak fried rice coincidentally! Him & I split the Bengal tuna roll as an appetizer and of course, her and her husband split the infamous Brussels kale salad! Every time I come to E+O, I have a stupendous!! Date Night Approved Place!

Food was interesting and diverse. I got the Wagyu burger and it was disappointing. It was definitely a frozen patty and not comparable to the flavor of a Zips burger. Everything else was very enjoyable.

I will start with saying that the food was very good. My concern was primarily with our server. When first seated, it took 15 min for anyone to come to our table and take our drink order. Meanwhile our server talked with another couple at a nearby table for 15 min and failed to acknowledge us. We asked the hostess if someone could take our drink order and another server promptly came and did that. When our original server finally came to our table, we were not told about any specials or menu items that were being featured as we had heard another server doing. Other than that, he was cordial enough but certainly didn’t go above and beyond and was not overly responsive. Having said all this, they were not busy at the time we were there otherwise we would certainly have understood. Sad because although our meals were good and the sushi was fantastic, the service will probably keep us from returning.

Second time in a row where the service wasn’t great. Last time the service was so slow (which isn’t what I minded) but then after he brought the check, told us we needed to leave because another group was waiting on our table. Like we would have finished earlier if the service wasn’t snail slow so to kick us out was ridiculous. Then last night, I felt the server was super pushy and felt like we were being rushed. We basically had to order before we were all even ready to order. The downtown location has much better service.

My first time there, but I’ll be back for the katsu chicken, recommended by our server when I couldn’t make up my mind what to order. I thought I’d be taking leftovers home because it was a healthy serving, but I couldn’t stop eating it. I also like the ambience of the restaurant. A very nice place to see a good friend and chat over a meal.

Overall, the food was good but not excellent. For the price though, we would have liked the food to be even better. The Brussels sprout salad was really good. The salmon ceviche was too sweet. The cold soba noodles were good - strong sesame oil flavor. The chicken tacos were just okay. The chicken was unflavored, just grilled.

Back porch area us so beautiful very relaxing. A little cool out there but did not interfere with us enjoying the ambiance. Our waitress was sweet, informative, friendly and always smiling. Love the Brussels salad( a little too oily) but the taste was great. Ahi tuna bowl was the perfect contrast of color, crunch and taste. Chicken bowl was also very good.

Food was good. We were all served at the same time and the drink menu is good and creative. We got some off the brunch menu and some off of the sushi menu - everyone wanted a little bit of everything and everyone was happy with their food. Great ambiance. We sat in the back room and it was not too noisy, which was nice. We keep coming back and each time we try something new. We will be back again!!

Birthday dinner. There are two locations. Guest of honor went wrong location. Hostess informed me we would only be allowed 90 minutes for reservation. They did not hold is to that, bit still... Food and server were great. Several elderly guest with us. Not very accessible for those guests. For the most part pleased with my experience

One of my favorite places in Cincinnati, but since the pandemic this place has gone down hill. Service is subpar for the amount of $ the food costs, sad to see this place go down hill. When we arrived it seemed very slow and over staffed, but still felt like it took forever for service. Very cold indoors as well, 2 of my guests wore hats the whole meal.
