   We had a nice table on the Lanai with a view of the ocean. It was relaxing and we were not rushed to leave. The buffet is nice with a variety of options for breakfast with lots of fresh fruit.

   I’m glad we did Dukes. However, for me, the disappoint was in the overall ambiance. We were not by the rail, but the second table in and based on the height of the rail, you really could see no ocean, or vegetation, even if you were sitting right beside the rail. The rail blocked the view. It should be lower bc then you would have a pretty decent view of the ocean, palm trees, entertainment, etc…Everything was good overall. Food was good, server was great. I really enjoyed the Hula Pie, I was just mildly disappointed with what I THOUGHT my experience was going to be visually. It’s our first time in Hawaii, so I wanted to do all the “things” tourists do and I’m glad we went. It was just an average overall experience for us.

   The service was great. My partner and I ordered Duke’s mai tai which was pretty good. For entrees we had the Teriyaki sirloin and the coconut & ginger braised seafood. The seafood was fresh however the flavor was lacking. I opted for the pilaf rice and it was extremely salty. The sirloin was ok, nothing special. I would not return for food.

   We went on a Tuesday and had the Taco Tuesday fish tacos. They did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Mai Tai, while my wife slurped down the special Duke's margarita. We ended our lunch with the famous Hula Pie, which we couldn't even finish because it was so big. We left stuffed and happy. Will recommend to everyone that tells me they're coming to Oahu.

   Soggy shrimp on buffet . Not worth the price , I would opt for a menu item vs the buffet. Food was just ok. Not spectacular. A little disappointed.

   We had a nice buffet breakfast on the Lanai and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The food and service were very good.

    The staff were great! They striked conversations with and made sure to answer any questions we had regarding the menu. The outdoor seating was nice with a great view.
