Exceptional service with excellent food. Our only criticism is how rapid our service was. Not much time to linger over courses. In and out on a Friday evening in 50minutes.
Felt like a private dinning club ..... Great deco! Some staff was amazing. Gentleman that delivered bread was top notch! Owner lady at host stand not so much ! She treated us like newbies, and smiled and waved to old customers her recognized! She’s missing the boat when it comes to the new waves of guests . Menu was good , but chef might need a little refresher on latest and greatest of the food scene!
I went there for brunch on Mother’s Day and it was very good. The food was excellent and the service was very good.
Dudley’s never disappoints! Our food was delicious - lamb shank, steak, deviled eggs, fried green tomatoes and chocolate meringue. Excellent mimosas spiked with Galiano. Service was impeccable. It was a fixed price meal for Mother’s Day - good value!
Everything was perfect. Seating on the outdoor patio, excellent drinks, great appetizer and wonderful entree which my wife and I shared. More that enough to eat. Good value for our dollar. Anthony was our server and he was superb. I will ask for him again when I make a reservation there.
We were able to dine outside on the enclosed patio. It was quite lovely. Everyone seemed to enjoy their drinks and meals. One in our party had special dietary requirements and the chef was able to prepare something special that was very tasty. We haven’t dined at Dudley’s in quite a while and would come back.
Not our first visit. Food quality was fair and way over priced.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Had dinner with a friend, sat outside -- so wonderful!!! I had the tuna, & we split the brussels sprouts salad & dessert. Everything was very good. My only complaint would be the aioli with the tuna was totally unnecessary & didn't work that well with the dish. My friend had the smoked duck which was excellent as was the salad.
This was my second time visiting this restaurant and it has a brilliant menu and the food is outstanding. I also love all the different home baked breads to choose from.
The best meal we had in Kentucky! Very creative menu and excellent execution. Enjoyable wine-list with enough variation. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!
Always great food and service!
We took my mom for her 94th birthday celebration. She LOVED it---the setting, the food. The service was great and mom attacked the ice cream sundae dessert with a passion (thankfully it only had one candle). Thanks to the entire Dudley's crew for a very memorable evening.
A wonderful experience, we visited in celebration of a graduation. The food was exceptional, service premier, and all in all, a lovely experience.
We went to Sunday brunch and it was wonderful. We were seated upstairs which was more quiet than downstairs. Brunch menu was a mix of traditional and non traditional options. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Definitely a must while in Lexington
Lovely restaurant and accommodating staff: we had a great time celebrating our daughter's graduation eve here!
Limited menu especially if Specials don't work for you. Good wine list. Halibet, a signature dish was overcooked. Mgr. Comped item.
Great restaurant & patio! Come for the creative & excellent food! Love the specials & the brussels sprout salad! Looking forward to returning already!
Well had an excellent meal here. We loved the menu and ate their daily specials. The duck was superb. They have a comprehensive wine list that pairs well with the food. Our server was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The decor in the dining room is charming.
The highlight was the coconut rice pudding dessert. It is a must.
A Lexington classic. Never, ever, ever disappointing.
Our waiter Taylor was outstanding. Food fantastic. Hard to impress my husband but you all did it!
Always a quality dining experience at Dudley’s.
Dudley’s was a delightful brunch experience. Our service was great. There were so many things that looked good on the menu that it was difficult to choose. We all enjoyed this very much.
Not bad. The prawns however not cooked properly and the oysters did not feel fresh and still almost frozen.
We had an outstanding dining experience. The food was fabulous and the attention we received from our server enhanced the evening.
Was there for lunch with friends. Had club sandwich and sesame cake with lemon icing. Club was a club and quite good as they usually are. I loved the cake. Others all had salads which were well received. Bill for all four (my treat) before wine and tip was about $65. Would definitely go back again.
Always reliable—one of our favorite downtown restaurants!
This is our favorite Lexington restaurant. Good food and great service! Greeted at the door by the owner, a friend for 50 yrs! It doesn’t get better!
Group of 8 in for Keeneland
Service was spectacular & our food was wonderful !
Can’t wait till we can return!!
Everyone on staff took care of us.
Rooftop is great for outdoor meal. Food and service was also excellent.
Dined on 4/20/18. Duck was amazing. Always reliable, one of your go-tos in Lexington.
Great service from Anthony! Also, you need to put a box GREAT deserts!
Ottimo cibo in ambiente elegante ma non snob ricette solide ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio cortese, puntuale ed attento senza essere invadente. Una serata molto piacevole in un ristorante frequentato da locali.
Downtown staple in Lexington! Unique menu. Try the fried chicken skin!
We had a delightful dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was nice that we didn’t feel rushed.
Ambiance, service and food were EXCELLENT! Would not have changed one thing!
Have always enjoyed going to Dudley's for many years.
Stopped in Lexington on my way home from a business trip in Cincinnati. I’m so glad I did. This was some of the best food and service I’ve had in a very long time. Everything was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!
From drinks at the bar thru a surprise birthday dessert, our dinner at Dudley's was spectacular. Service was attentive and not intrusive and the meals were excellent.
We were looking for a special place to celebrate the holiday. The Easter dinner was very nice. The food and the presentation was very good. It was a special occasion and we appreciate the chefs, waiters and staff going to a special effort to make the occasion superb. Thanks to all.
Last time we dined at Dudley’s the food was really good. Unfortunately our food was served nearly cold for Easter brunch. The Bloody Mary and bread were delicious but entree was soggy and served cold - it was eggs Benedict and was also very salty.
