El Uli's Restaurant es una institución en White Rock. El restaurante, inaugurado en 1986 por Uli Blume, fue uno de los primeros restaurantes situados frente al mar en White Rock y se convirtió rápidamente en uno de los favoritos de los locales por sus deliciosos platillos y su ambiente agradable. Tyson, el hijo de Uli, tomó el relevo de su padre y se encargó del establecimiento a partir de 2008.
