Amazing as always! Just sad to see a few if the details I loved so much gone. No Absinthe, no bubble with smoke on the drink and no print of lust on that drink. Regardless amazing speak easy.

Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Whether you want to treat yourself after a long day or unwind in our backyard tiki bar, Mullet’s is about to be your new favorite spot for flavorful seafood fare and sharing a beer amongst friends (or strangers).

Bring your family, your friends, and your mullet.

Currently we cannot guarantee a specific seating section (indoor or outdoor) nor a specific table preference. All bar seats are held nightly for walk-in diners and all other seating is available to reserve. If you are running late, we hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist. Reservations are recommended, but we gladly accept walk-ins. For all reservations of 10 or more, please notify the restaurant.

Guests have a maximum of a 2 hour table time in order for us to accommodate all of our reservations.

An Unforgettable Birthday Dinner at Sol St. Pete! I brought my wife to Sol St. Pete for her birthday, and we could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Ron, who not only served us but took the time to share the heartfelt story behind his restaurant and his own life. That personal touch truly made the night special. Now, onto the food – absolutely out of this world! We started with the Mushroom Bruschetta—herbed lion's mane mushrooms on house-made millet and flax crostinis, topped with vegan basil pesto and fresh pea shoots. Every bite was bursting with flavor! For the main course, the Tender Local Grass-fed & Finished Ribeye and Jumbo Colossal Shrimp were cooked to perfection. And to top it all off, we ended the night with a truly divine Baked Local Pear with House Churned Vanilla Nice Cream. The juicy pear, drizzled with local raw honey and paired with sōl candied pecans, was the perfect sweet note to finish the evening. At one point, we even had to apologize to the guests next to us for making "satisfying sounds" after each bite—it was that good! If you're looking for a place that offers not just incredible food but also a memorable and personal dining experience, Sol St. Pete is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back!

Food was exceptional, service was great. Ambience could be a little bit better to be in line with the amazing food. specifically the lighting could be a bit more enchanting, the wallcoverings and artwork could use a bit of a designer uplift to all to be in line with the great food and hidden discovery experience.
